Putting it together was nooooot fun. But it does the job once built. It's great it can be laid down fully or halfway or make it a seat. It's a bit hard to move around due to how the back can move, but if you are just having it one spot, you'll be good. Feels sturdy so far overall too.

This adjustable bench is sturdy and was not difficult to assemble. It's a good option for those who have a dedicated squat rack that has safety pins. You can adjust the height of the backrest and seat to your liking. It makes transitions from seated overhead press to flat bench press a cinch. Also you can save money on buying a bench separately from a squat rack because sometimes it adds over 150 dollars to include it as single package when you can get a bench of equal quality and you are just paying for the convenience of having them ship together.;) ... show more

I’m a 5’7” 175 lb male, experienced with gym equipment and mechanically inclined. I wasn’t a fan of how much spacing there is between the back of the seat pad and the beginning of the back rest bench pad-because there was so much spacing in between, I attempted to lay back while bench was in flat position, somehow the spacing forced me to put some weight at bottom of back pad, so when I went back it forced the position adjustment bar to come out of card slot and went into a decline position. I slid off the back of the bench as I wasn’t expecting that. I overall do not find this bench to be safe-imagine if I had heavy dumbbells in my hand and that happened…i had back surgery about 8 months ago and have slowly been getting into exercising again, so I purchased this for ease of use, and will definitely not put it into use. Only safe position seems like decline. Be careful.. ... show more
