This gadget is worth every penny. My husband suffers with shoulder pain daily. He usually lays on the bed and uses a heating pad with a cord that limits him from moving around. This shoulder heating pad is portable but secure. My husband is able to put it on to relieve his pain while also moving around the house working on things he would like to. He said the massage feature really targets different areas when you change through the settings, and some settings are more intense on the vibration. He said it really felt good. The shoulder heating pad can be used for either shoulder. The remote control can be used on the heating pad or taken off for easier access and use. The usb-c charger cord is included. The heat feels great and has about 3 settings. There is a shorter strap and a longer one for people of different sizes to be able to use this device. My son came in and saw it and thought he could probably use it on his knee as well. The material is soft. This is well worth the money.

maybe mine is defective, but it only heats up right around the very uncomfortable one inch "buttonlike" thing inside the shoulder pad. That part gets very hot but not heat radiates to the rest of the shoulder. All you notice is a hot spot and leaning against the hard knobby heat element is quite uncomfortable even 4 months post shoulder surgery. The vibration function constantly varies like every 5-10 seconds so there is no consistency. The vibration is also fairly noisy so trying to relax and watch tv or listen to music while using it is out of the question. Again, maybe mine is defective but.....Also, it's too big for me. I"m not a small woman, but the straps were too long and not enough area where the velcro will actually adhere for me to get a snug fit.

I give this shoulder heating pad five stars. Since I bought it, it has been a total lifesaver. I suffer from frequent shoulder discomfort, and this pad—with its soothing heat and vibration modes—has helped me tremendously. If you're specifically looking for something for the top of your shoulder and your deltoid muscle, this does help. If you're looking for something to help with the rotator cuff or your upper back, this is most likely not for you.

This remote-controlled heating and vibrating shoulder wrap is pure relief wrapped in Velcro. The heat warms up quickly and feels deep—not that weak, “are you on?” kind of heat—and the vibration settings actually do something for tight, overworked shoulders. The remote is clutch: easy to use, responsive, and lets you adjust without playing Twister behind your back. It fits securely without slipping, even when you move around, and the padding is surprisingly comfortable and well-made. I’ve used it after long days and sore mornings, and every time it feels like a mini massage appointment I didn’t have to schedule or pay extra for. I charged both units until they were fully charged. Read the manual and flowed the instructions. Worked with it for over a hour . Never was able to get it to work.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend for Post-Op Shoulder Recovery & Frozen Shoulder I am currently 7–8 weeks post-op from shoulder surgery, including treatment for frozen shoulder, and this remote control heating and vibrating shoulder wrap has been extremely helpful in my recovery. At this stage, I still experience stiffness, muscle tightness, and discomfort—especially in the mornings and between physical therapy sessions. The heat and vibration combination really helps relax tight muscles, improve circulation, and reduce soreness. It provides noticeable relief without being overwhelming. The remote control is a huge plus because it allows me to adjust the settings easily without straining my shoulder. It’s comfortable to wear, easy to use, and feels very supportive. This wrap has been an excellent addition alongside physical therapy and pain management. I would highly recommend it to anyone recovering from shoulder surgery or dealing with frozen shoulder.
