maybe mine is defective, but it only heats up right around the very uncomfortable one inch "buttonlike" thing inside the shoulder pad. That part gets very hot but not heat radiates to the rest of the shoulder. All you notice is a hot spot and leaning against the hard knobby heat element is quite uncomfortable even 4 months post shoulder surgery. The vibration function constantly varies like every 5-10 seconds so there is no consistency. The vibration is also fairly noisy so trying to relax and watch tv or listen to music while using it is out of the question. Again, maybe mine is defective but.....Also, it's too big for me. I"m not a small woman, but the straps were too long and not enough area where the velcro will actually adhere for me to get a snug fit.

This gadget is worth every penny. My husband suffers with shoulder pain daily. He usually lays on the bed and uses a heating pad with a cord that limits him from moving around. This shoulder heating pad is portable but secure. My husband is able to put it on to relieve his pain while also moving around the house working on things he would like to. He said the massage feature really targets different areas when you change through the settings, and some settings are more intense on the vibration. He said it really felt good. The shoulder heating pad can be used for either shoulder. The remote control can be used on the heating pad or taken off for easier access and use. The usb-c charger cord is included. The heat feels great and has about 3 settings. There is a shorter strap and a longer one for people of different sizes to be able to use this device. My son came in and saw it and thought he could probably use it on his knee as well. The material is soft. This is well worth the money.

This has been a game changer for my shoulder and upper back pain. I lover the convenience of the remote, which lets me easily adjust both the heat level and vibration settings, plus there's a spot to hold the remote on the sleeve which is very nice. The different vibration modes combined with heat are perfect for targeting different painful areas that are normally hard to hit with a standard heating pad.

This device is a waste of time and money. Heat function setting goes up to 140-145, placed on max setting never felt any heat. The massage function is a joke. Again set to max setting and it’s like a mild shaking or vibration. No actual massage.
