This is quite larger than expected. It works great. It doesn’t feel so hot it would burn, but it keeps the feet cold. Would be great if there were snaps on the sides to use it sitting at my desk with the back flap up, but it’s fine the way it is

This warmer claims the following: Super soft and cozy tri-rib heating pad comes with 4 level heat setting controller. And 1- 4 hour auto shut off safety feature. DO NOT LEAVE CONTROLLER COVERED WHEN IN USED TO AVOID OVERHEATING. But it doesn't come that I can see with a way to set the shut off time. It only has a button for heat I believe, unless the red dots signify hours and it only has one heat setting for which brings me to the lacking instructions on this thing. The instructions for which MOST things you buy today always include instructions.... but not this. I am just flabbergasted. The one thing great about this is the size. It is wonderfully large and cozy too when not on my knee. It's like a cuddle blanket. I don't need it on high my Serta heating pad I had that went belly up was never put on high. I used medium and I see no way to set it this way. /shrugs ... show more

I had a similar product a few years ago from Serta. I love the generous size. It seems lighter weight than my previous one and I preferred the heft of the older model. I use this to warm my feet in bed The lowest temperature is a bit too low so I go to second setting and then turn it off completely because the second setting gets too warm. ... show more

I am a 79 year old man and the calves of my legs get cold at night. Because it had the pockets to stick the feet into it didn’t work as well for my legs. So I cut the top of the pocket material away and now I have a good leg warmer.

This is the worst thing I’ve ever bought on Amazon. I bet this thing doesn’t reach 80 degrees. It will get warm though. It only gets warm in 2 spots, not the entire cover. In other words, you can’t move your feet around to find a warmer spot. Your feet will just get cold.. You’ll just have to keep them in those two spots. I do not recommend. Find another brand. I’ll be sending this back for sure. Very disappointed in Serta! They are supposed to be a good brand. ... show more
