No plug included but at least I had one that was not in use. Good sound and 5 levels. So so instructions. Case can fit in pocket .. Do the warranty card and they will send you a longer cord. Great deal had to send back as it keep falling out and yelling in my ear and then self ajusted. they said it was bad and i had to get refund and then reordered white ones. the white ones work great no problems. White ones are a little smaller than black ones which is nice. Tonya was very easy to deal with. they also went way beyond the normal customer service. will tell everyone about the great service. ... show more

These are the best! So easy to use. Fit well. Easy to amplify the sound. Pretty looking. No one knows these are hearing aids. Bought two pairs! One black and one white. Buy these. You won’t regret it! And I was not compensated, at all, to write this. 👍🏻 First review: Fit the ear well, easy to forget you have them on, and give good hearing capacity. Would not stay in ear, would fall out. Sound quality was terrible. In general these aids are just plain junk.
