Sensley has performed as described. The unit is better than most others tried in this price range. The sound quality is good for the two levels (modes) provided - not perfect but technologically ahead of some units in this price range. Look forward to future advancements. As noted in description - most useful in amplifying low to mid range of hearing loss in my left ear - minimal help in my right ear which has severe hearing loss. The unit is relatively easy to control the 5 volume levels. The two levels (modes) of sound quality require some practice to learn but helpful.
