The media could not be loaded. I received this as a gift because my family knew I have been looking to purchase an automatic litter box for a while. They surprised me with this self cleaning box and it is great! Easy to set up works well and the cats use it! I've had this litter box for a couple of weeks and I am impressed. You can set the cleaning function to be slightly delayed to give the litter extra clumping time, and this makes the litter box very easy to stay clean. I highly recommend buying the Ultra litter, as this will significantly reduce tracking. If you are on the fense, I would say go for it and give this box a try. It has significantly cut down on scooping time for me and keeps the space smelling clean.

Pro: smaller overall size than others. Cons: The spin cycle will drop whatever is in the garage bag back into the litter box and not all of it will go back in. This makes it so all the waste isn’t picked up. Sometimes while it spins litter is slashes outside the litter box and it’s not because there is too much litter in the device. It sits so low that your cat can swipe at the poop or litter while it spins. If you have to do a return and get a refund, it takes them forever to issue the refund after receiving the product. I was not pleased with this purchase.

I was very impressed by the quality of this unit. Its a really nice self-contained unit that comes mostly pre-assembled and is very easy to setup, sturdy, pretty easy to move around when needed. The app was easy to setup. Overall a very nice quality unit that is easy to use. I do have one complaint with the software, its not bad but missing some features I would find very useful. That being said, I still gave it 5 stars because of the value for the price, this is one of the cheapest of the drum-style automatic litter boxes - and if you want a auto-litter box its definitely worth it to invest in the modern drum-style unit. The old school ones that like rake across the litterbox, they just dont work well and imho are a total waste of money. If you want a quality lower cost unit, this one is really great. But, you may want to invest a little more and look for the software features I find missing in this one as they would be very impactful. The software for this unit tells me when the cat uses the bathroom in great detail, even an interactive graph of their bathroom habits, which I just dont need. I wish instead of doing that, they would have invested their time in better features like, I want a dashboard that shows me the current state of the litter level and how full the waste bag is. Those are the 2 biggest most important things I want from the software because how long my cat "excretes" for really doesnt matter to me, its just information. But I need to know the litter and waste levels because that info is what I need to take action on. Now I need to manually go check regularly on those items, and I have to guess how full the waste bag is supposed to get before the unit might have issues. Like, can I let the waste keep piling up until the bag is almost full, or might the unit have issues if I let it get more than 80% full? I have no idea. If it had an indicator in the app or even on the unit, it would be very useful. I really hope they improve the software, I dont care about the interactive javascript graph showing me exactly when and for how long my cat "excretes". I hope they use their time more wisely and prioritize more important features, it doesnt need to be more expensive to have those features if they just spent the same time building the more important software features and less time on features that arent important.

I love it too because it runs a cleaning cycle every 15 minutes. The quality of this product is excellent and performs exactly as advertised. It saves me a lot of work and a lot of time. It seems like a good litter box. It is quiet when it runs. However, my fat cat can't seem to understand how to turn around in it and ends up pooping and urinating on the outside. The urine then collects under the drum and forms a horrid well of pee that stinks! Then you realize what has been happening and that smell lingers in your house all day no matter what you do. He fits inside just fine, but will not do his business inside. Also, the trash bags don't sit entirely on the opening the solid litter collects from so there is some loose litter spillage.
