This screen protector is great. I was able to successfully put it on perfectly in less than one second. It’s not totally secure at the bottom, but I don’t find it to be much of an issue. It does come with an adhesive clear, tape that you can apply if it bothers you. But I rarely ever notice that part moving. The screen protector is a little pricey, but I think it’s worth it because it is unique and how it goes on very easily. It saves you a lot of frustration. I think the blue light filter helps my eyes to be less strained when I’m working on the computer after a long day.

First Impressions: Nice looking packaging and presentation. I felt professional looking at this. Pros: The magnetic strips at the top of the screen itself worked for me. The adhesive strips you add to the top of your screen were easy to apply, and the screen itself does provide privacy from peripheral angles. I do a double take when returning to my laptop after short departures as I think it has gone to sleep. Cons: It’s a small thing, quite literally, but the included camera cover is easy to miss so don’t inadvertently drop it or throw it out. The adhesive strip, for me at least, was laughable, insomuch as it did not keep the bottom of the screen in place very long. Like the camera cover, it’s also easy to miss and you might put it on the wrong side, at first. Due to the aforementioned strip, I ended up adding small strips of electrical tape to keep it in place. It’s not pretty but my laptop is pretty old and I prefer having the privacy screen be there than having to go back and forth removing it or having the bottom swing out when I lower/close the lid. Tips: Some companies have you measure your screen diagonally while others have you go by length and width so follow their guidelines for getting fit. This one was length by width. For this one also take note of the adhesive strip as it’s easy to miss. If you also find the adhesive strip to be ineffective search for the likes of “privacy screen mounting tabs,” “removable adhesive strips for privacy screen,” “privacy screen adhesive strips,” or something similar as a cheap work around. This item is also a fingerprint magnet if you look at it but these aren’t visible, at least now with my regular usage and sitting from about two feet away. Conditional Rating: 4/5 Addendum: I ended up buying a mounting installation kit from Peslv as SightPro didn’t have any in their Amazon store, and did away with the tacky electrical tape. I emailed SightPro about the adhesive strip not being effective (almost the entire review up to this point) and to my utmost surprise, after a brief exchange, they sent me a replacement (non-magnetic) one! Better yet, they also included a letter, some bonus camera covers, and it arrived in less than a work-week. Grade A customer service from SightPro! So while the product itself still didn’t quite fully deliver, SightPro’s customer service went above and beyond. My updated, conditional rating is 4.5/5 but that’s due to said customer service and the fact that my issues still occurred. Well worth the slightly premium price. First it was packed extremely well to avoid bending and scratching. There were instructions all over the envelope and inside the packing as well. Second the material is very sturdy and thick. It's pretty rigid, not flimsy or thin like window film. I really like the magnet along the top because it makes it easy to attached and remove. Then there are two sides to choose from. One is a flat mat to reduce glare from the room, and the other is more clear to give a slightly crisper view of the screen. It's very subtle so I can barely tell the difference but it's nice to have a choice.

Well constructed privacy screen. Magnet across the top holds very well but still allows for easy removal. The thinness allows for leaving in place when MacBook is closed. Highly recommended if blocking snooping eyes is what you need. I had a slight issue with Amazon’s shipper and the seller was quick to remedy with a replacement right away.

It’s OK, but I can’t tell the difference between the different sides and it does not stay flat against the screen even after taping the sides down. I meant to return it, but I got sick, etc. and too much time passed. It may be fine for some people, but I just could not get it to work well for me and I have adopted by poking/holding the screen down with one finger whenever I use my laptop, which is kind of silly, but it’s not a high priority for me to fix even though it’s inconvenient and strains my eyes a bit. Ok it was really bothering my eyes so I got F FORITO 2-Pack Anti Blue Light Matte Laptop Screen Protector and I have to suffer a few bubbles, but it's way better than the whole thing being lifted from the laptop and causing double-vision or something. Update: Finally took it off cuz I was tired of manually pressing it against the screen to prevent eye strain. I'll have to clean my screen or find another protector but hopefully my eye strain headaches will go away now!
