I was honestly just looking for an anti-glare/blue light reducing screen protector and came across this. Honestly I was like ehh $30 is a bit more than I care to spend but it also being a privacy screen & magnetic peeked my interest. I have a lot of nosey ass people at my job so I figured the privacy part of it was more enticing and justified the $30 so I said screw it and bought it. I just unpackaged it at work and it popped right on easy peasy with the magnet up top. I have an M3 MacBook Air with the 15 inch screen and it fits perfect. I have a window directly behind me and the sunlight always reflects off my screen so this blurs that out in addition to providing fabulous privacy protection as well! No bubbles, I actually have a clear screen protector underneath this and this one came with little double sided stickies for the bottom of the screen protector to hold it in place but I didn't need it honestly. It snapped on perfect with the magnet and isn't moving unless I move it myself which there's no need to. I wanted it to be removable as well for when I use my laptop at home, I have no need for the privacy. But this was a great find and great quality, definitely with the $30.

Updated Review: I have to give credit where it’s due. After my first experience, I was very disappointed but then customer service stepped in and honestly, they were AMAZING. Super attentive, kind and quick to offer me a replacement. And wow... what a difference! This new one completely changed my mind. The privacy is on point, no more “visible from the moon” issue. Even with my brightness turned all the way up, no one can see my screen except me, mission accomplished. And the fit? Perfect! It actually sticks to my laptop like it was born there. No flapping, no frustration, just sleek protection and solid privacy. I’m extremely pleased and pleasantly surprised. Now I really do feel like a secret agent! 😎 ----- Original Review: I honestly had high hopes for this product. The magnetic installation seemed like a great idea, quick, easy, and mess-free. But in reality, this privacy screen fell way short of expectations. First of all, the "privacy" aspect is basically non-existent. I think the only person this screen is hiding my laptop from is me. Everyone else, left, right, across the room, probably even on the moon, can still see my screen just fine. Then there’s the magnetic attachment or should I say partial attachment? The top sticks, but the bottom? Nope. Just flaps around like it’s trying to take flight. Every time I close my laptop or a breeze comes by, it’s like a tiny annoying curtain auditioning for Broadway. For the price, I expected to feel like a secret agent but nope. I ended up returning it. Not worth it at all.

Amazing product. Funny enough, I was in the garage working on some computers. The light from my garage fell and landed on my screen. A HUGE scratch on the screen. Luckily this privacy screen was on at the time. It saved my MacBook screen. 5-Stars for keeping my screen safe AND my screen private.

Arrived on time. I find it to be an overall good value. It installed very easily and the privacy function works very well. I can work on planes without concern. My only issue: The included adhesive tabs tat are to be utilized to secure the bottom of the screen - I could not get these to work. They peeled from the the backing, but the secondary piece I had to peel to expose the other side of the adhesive was impossible to remove. My solution was a small piece of transparent tape placed on the bottom. This has kept the screen secure with no further issues.

UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: Ok, I'm seriously impressed with the seller, SightPro, so this warrants a new review. I have a Lenovo Slim 7i laptop, and I had to return this product because whenever the magnets got close to the screen, it caused the entire OS to boot me out and go to the lock screen, so the product was unusable. I left a 2-star review, explained why, and returned it for a refund. (Yes, it may have been user-error on my part. I got the correct size and ratio, and the listing description said it was compatible with Lenovo. I poured over the listing several times before buying it and also afterwards when I was having the magnetic issue, and I swear that I didn't see any disclaimer that it wasn't compatible for touchscreens. As of June 2026, I see a note about it now at the end of the second paragraph, so maybe it was recently added to prevent further confusion, or maybe it was always there and I was just a blind dummy. So yeah...don't get the magnetic one if you have a touchscreen version.) Anyway, blind dummy or not, after my refund had already been processed and I thought that was that, SightPro unexpectedly reached out and mailed me the correct product that's compatible. It was a big surprise, and yes, this one works perfectly. (If anyone's wondering, the Removable privacy screen is the one you want if you have a touchscreen. No magnets, no sticky residue, and the touchscreen function still works with it on too.) The service alone was worth 5 stars because they made sure I wound up with the right product in the end. DEFINITELY buy from SightPro, especially if there's any doubt or concern about what specs you'll need. The quality of the product and quality of their customer service is exceptional. 10/10.

Update: The brand sent me a new screen protector, and now has specific measurement options on their listing to choose the screen protector that best fits your computer. My new screen protector fits my computer just right and gives me the privacy I need. Thank you, Sight Pro! Previous review: This privacy screen provided privacy and was very convenient to place on or off my computer with the magnetic feature; however, it should not be advertised for a MacBook Air 13 Inch. The top of the attaching screen overlapped the very top bar of my computer screen with the time, day, bookmarks, etc. I debated cutting the top part of the attaching screen to see the top bar, but that might interfere with the magnetic strip. I will not be using this screen and will purchase a new one, making sure it is actually for a MacBook Air 13 Inch.

I'm mostly disappointed with the effective privacy angle. You really only get about 30 degrees of privacy. The size wasn't perfect, there’s a sliver around the edge where you can see the screen (basically just light). It was easy to install. I like that it's removable; however, the "reusable" adhesive at the bottom doesn’t stick very well. I also like that it comes with a case/protector so you can store the screen when you remove it. I have an ASUS Zenbook, and due to the small lip around the frame, the laptop closes completely with the privacy screen on, which is super nice because I don’t want to constantly remove it. It’s also not pressing on the keys or putting stress on the hinges. This probably won’t be the case for Macs or many other laptops. I won’t be returning it, but I also wouldn’t recommend it to a friend.

I want to give this 5 stars because the privacy screen itself works great, the magnetic strips at the top work well for easily taking the screen on and off and the self adhesive bottom is good as there is no flapping around. The one issue that drives me crazy is every time I close the laptop, I guess the magnetic force is stronger on the laptop frame around where the trackpad is vs the added strips because when I open the laptop the screen protector sticks to that part of the laptop frame so I have to pull it off and place it back on the actual screen itself. People have talked about provided tape that may help with this but I didn't have that in my package so unfortunately don't know a way to get this to stop happening. Outside of that element, great and low profile and use it daily. Fits my Lenovo x1 2 in 1 laptop perfectly. I have seen customer service is great, I just don't know how to get a hold of them to ask about this so hopefully they see this and respond, will update post if they do and come up with a solution. Thanks!
