I have officially started using the product less than 24 hours ago. I am very pleased and happy with the litter box and how it runs and operate and how quiet it is and how simple and easy it is to set up. My cat seems to really like it, and I love how simple and easy the design is and the little amount of cat litter is required to utilize this litter robot.

I’ve only had this automatic litterbox for a few days and am having problems. 1. the litter pours out the front. If you have a cat that digs then litter will get everywhere because there is no litter guard. Con’s: 2. The drum gets stuck in cleaning mode and then can’t be used. If this happens at night then your kitty has no place to go potty. 3. There is some sort of plastic plug on the drum that broke off while in use ( I think that was making it get stuck) 4. The app isn’t as detailed and accurate as I would have liked. Pros: 1. Very quiet 2. Cleans good…so far 3. No Odor…yet I know if I were to purchase another one I would probably try the meowant but I was trying to save money. Sidenote: I purchased an automatic litterbox to make things easier on me. I am disabled. This litterbox isn’t any easier on me!

Works great so far! Had it for a month. It took some effort to get my cat to start using it, but now that he has it's such a game changer. He's a 12lb cat and it's big enough for him. App is super easy to set up and use.

Works good. The wide open front allows the cats to throw litter out but no different than any other one I have. Not impressed with the having to pay to get the app to send notifications.

My cats took to it with no problem. I have an 12lb adult male and a 2.8lb kitten. I noticed when I used my coarse corn litter it had an easier time cleaning than when I tried to use the long grain tofu litter they were using before. Assembly wasn’t super easy but the instructions are on a HUGE reinforced paper so it’s hard to mess it up. There was only 1 hiccup where the drum got stuck in the middle of self cleaning cause litter got stuck in its rotary thingy (I don’t know what it’s called but it spins the drum) I just had to pop out the side handles and remove the debris and it ran like normal again. I haven’t had any issues with the litter box disconnecting from the app or not sensing my cats when they need to use the litter box, so I can’t speak for the quality of tech support in these cases. It runs like it supposed to, the deodorizing tries its hardest to eliminate the poo smell but I mean it’s literal poo… it’s not going to completely eliminate the smell. For someone who would consistently clean the box 3x a day this has helped a lot. As long as you keep up with cleaning the cylinder and clearing the waste bin 2x a week there should be no issue with this litter box. Also, I don’t have it on auto cleaning mode because the kitten still weighs too little in my opinion, but I had it on for a week for my adult cat to get used to it and the sensors worked perfectly.

I was surprised at how great this litter box turned out to be! It was the cats that were a pain in the ass about it. I have 2 ragdolls. Simon is 17 lbs and Esmerelda is 11 lbs. At first, it terrified the cats. I put the self-cleaning box next to the old, square floor box for a week w a sturdy stool in front of it. Its pretty tall and they weren't used to that. Finally, they got used to it because I played w their string right in front of it and gave them that nasty fish paste when they put their paws in it, etc. Goal: positive association! I took the old box away a couple days ago. They have both gone in it now and I am so happy! The box is completely silent and works perfectly! I got my own scented tall Glad bags and actually put the carch-bin inside the Glad bag itself before sliding it along the grooves under the box. Fantastic hack! You won't be sorry you got this brand for this price!

This works great, makes it so much easier to keep up with the clean up. I also like I can use the app to use the air scent with just a push on my phone. I can also clean the box the same way. The auto weight is a little off but that's not why I bought it. Very pleased. Works with pretty litter which makes me very happy.
