    • A must for an Air Fryer
The baskets are built well, they are sturdy. The Mesh allows the air to flow through and around the food. Our air fryer came with grills that allowed the smaller food item to fall through into the grease catcher on the bottom. Half way through the cook cycle I stir the items in the basket to rotate the bottom items onto the top for even cooking. I only use one basket at a time for the food in the top cooks faster, because I fill up the baskets. CON - Mesh can be hard to clean when the items you cook are small enough to get stuck in the mesh.     • Ninja Foodie Pressure Cooker
This works perfectly with the ninja foodie pressure cooker. I have used them to steam and pressure cook veggies several times now. I use a dish brush to clean the baskets when steaming pealed potatoes and parts of the potato stay in the basket. They have easily cleaned up. Before I bought these I read the reviews and I believe I read one stating the lid did not close. The air fryer lid will not work with these; however, these are not advertised as air fryer baskets. The pressure cooker lid, also used for steaming, closes with no issues when both baskets are inside. I have not one complaint.     • Great for steaming frozen Bao buns and frozen tamales
I use these baskets when steaming frozen items that need to stay out of the boiling water. I find that I have good luck pressure-steaming in my Instant Pot using low pressure and subtracting 3 or 4 minutes from the recommended steam time. I then test the inside temp for 165 DegF with a temperature probe. These steamer baskets work great, though it would be nice if they had more capacity for items like bao buns or tamales since they can't be stacked. The limitation is the Instant Pot diameter, and there isn't anything anybody can do about that. Cleanup is OK, since the fine metal mesh of the baskets can collect a little residue and may need a little more elbow grease to remove. I don't plan on putting these baskets in the dishwasher, since I had an old stainless steel colanders rust at the intersection points of the metal mesh.
