Screen gets stuck and doesn't go back and place correctly, so you have to hit it to get it to go down. Then I just cleaned it for the first time and it was a huge pain. You have to take the entire dome.Apart, and it doesn't align correctly, and it's flimsy. And if you think you're getting out of this without getting some type of cat poop remnants on you, you're highly mistaken. My suggestion pay the $800 and go with a super expensive one. Because it's it way less maintenance.And that's what i'm about to switch to. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So worth the money! Not having to scoop litter alone was a great change but the app is also very very handy! My cat had bladder stones and I was able to track when she started having symptoms and as they went away because I can see the activity on the app. Definitely worth the money! ... show more
