I gave this cat box 6mos before submitting a review to see how well it worked by arising to another I purchased (multi-cat household) This automated cat litter box is much easier to operate and clean. The rotation filtering of the mess works SO much better than the other box that rakes where “stuff” is getting stuck to the rake claws and missing pieces. The odor control is slightly better on this machine as well. Plus, we like the catch-tray at the entrance for dribbles. The disassembly for cleaning is smoother and easier. Overall, this is a good product - especially with other similar name brand products like this one being 3x+ the cost!

After trying multiple smart litter boxes over the years, I’ve finally found the perfect one with BEST JAJA! The setup was straightforward, and my cats adapted to it immediately. What really stands out is how efficient the cleaning system is. The sensors work perfectly, and the self-cleaning process is both quiet and thorough. I love how I don’t have to worry about scooping daily anymore. The odor control is another game-changer. I have two cats, and you’d never guess it from how fresh my home smells. The media could not be loaded. Overall, I love the litter box - and one of my two cats does also. That's one of the things I feel purchasers should be aware of - some cats may be stubborn or uneasy about taking to this (or any other automated) litter box. They may be like one of mine and just simply not take to it at all. You can tell from my photos and video that we do still have a regular litter box in addition to this one for that very reason. However, my other cat took to this litter box pretty quickly and uses it exclusively. It was breeze to assemble and was packaged extremely well when it arrived. However, I did initially have an issue with the waste bin door not closing fully as it was slightly warped not flush to the casing. The seller was very responsive and provided a replacement part free of charge (although there was a slight delay in the shipping time). I did not receive one of the Garbage Bag Fixing Rings in my order.... but it would be useful to have as there is always some litter that tends to find its way out of the bag - no matter how tight, snug, and properly installed around the bag receptacle it is. The bags have proven to be sturdy though and plenty large enough for one cat using it to last at least 2 weeks. It's pretty much self cleaning with a deep cleaning every few weeks depending on how much traffic it's getting, although there will still be some scooping required for the smaller bits. The included cat litter mat does a good job of capturing the litter from both boxes and it opening on one end to empty the litter is very helpful. The guard at the front/entrance to this box is also helpful in catching litter. I was worried that there wouldn't be enough space inside. That my cats would feel cramped inside the barrel. I don't think this is the case at all. I think the space inside is comparable to a regular enclosed litter box. I did provide a couple of comparison photos though to give an idea of the space needed for this litter box versus a regular enclosed litter box due to the size of the base. The only reason my second cat probably won't use it is because he is just very opposed to any kind of change - it was a 50/50 shot with him, lol. Compared to the price of other brands, I believe this to be the best value - it does what it says it will do and the price is good plus it comes with extra stuff! I looked for a very long time before deciding to purchase this one but so far, I'm really glad I did!

I was skeptical of this at first I saw too many other ones where cats /kittens got hurt so I put off using it once we decided to do it. I’m so happy I did. This item is very safe for cats and kittens. It does exactly what it says. It’s going to do with no harm to the little animals that uses it I am very pleased it has saved me time effort and money on litter.
