2 of my 3 cats love it. The third thinks it's going to eat him. It worked great for 1 month and had an error code, and I couldn't get it started. Finally, I unplugged it for one whole day and then plugged it in after about 24 hours and it works perfectly again. I'm pleased. No noise level. This odor is contained in the container.Underneath, I just need to dump it once a week. No scooping needed, just pick up the trash bag and put in a new bag.

This is my first self cleaning litter box and I'm pretty impressed with it! It really saves me time and money on cat litter. The only issue, there is just enough space between the grate and litter area that will allow smaller waste to slip under and be removed. The sensors work really well to stop in mid clean if one of the cats come to check it out. Pauses for about 10 seconds and then will resume cleaning. Trash bags are really tight around the collection base, but work well overall. I use the Arm & Hammer multi-cat clumping litter and that works good. But I might try a different brand because sometime waste will stick to the bottom and it will just clump up and not be removed - I have to use the litter scooper.

Please understand and take my advice. This is my second time leaving a review on this particular product. Evidently, the first review was explicit, so they would not let me leave it. So with this robo litter box, you will understand that all the good reviews that you are reading are because those people left those reviews one day after buying this product or therefore. The robotic functions of this thing are ridiculous. I've had to unplug it several times to abort mission. It only works through the app. A. Few days after buying it, the button stopped working on control board. This is also for kittens. Cats in the United States of America are definitely much bigger than the ones in China. Evidently. In other words, the size is way too small holds very little litter. You can put it in manual mode. However you still have no control. It would be perfect to have something like this with no computer, maybe a hand crank in the back. The only thing you accomplish by putting it in manual mode is that it will not clean itself every time a cat. Enters. I constantly have to monitor this device and put it in reset mode.Constantly, it's always got some sort of error. It worked fine for maybe a week. Good luck.

The media could not be loaded. Purchased for our 2.5 y/o house cat. Life moves fast and we realized that we weren’t keeping up with the regular litter box. Needed change. Read a handful of positive & some bad reviews, took a gamble on this self cleaning cat box. Advertised up to 15 days without cleaning. Tested that theory, my wife & I changed it for the first time after 12 days. Pretty great!! Our skid-ish house 🐈⬛ was reluctant at first, but he has grown to like it! Thank god cuz so do we, since we have to change it, not as frequently tho. This is a LARGE size plug in machine, height & length. Setup was easy, no smells, no leakage, worth every penny.

I have three cats: one weighs 30 pounds, while the other two are small. I was getting pretty tired of cleaning up every day, so I finally decided to try smart litter. It was incredibly easy to set up without needing the instructions, and the quality looks great—most importantly, it fits my big cat! I'm excited to test out a couple of cleaning modes, and it operates smoothly and quietly. Although it was a bit confusing at first when it paused during loading, it ultimately completed the cleaning process. I discovered it comes with a smart sensor to prevent accidents. After using it for a week, everything has been going well, and it truly is smart. My three cats were curious at first; I let them explore it for a bit, and they adjusted just like they would with anything else, so there wasn't any difficulty for them to get used to it.

Straight out of the box it worked well and was surprisingly quiet. It arrived damaged, inside screen ripped. The after sale support does not exist. I tried emailing since no phone number exists; got no response. The App occasionally worked but was not accurate with anything; sorta worthless. My cat did not take to it at all because of how cramped it is on the inside. When he did use it, feces got stuck on the back of the drum because he couldn’t maneuver well enough and that then gets on him. Very gross! I contacted Amazon because the seller never responded about the screen and Amazon was great! So, as of now, there is no support from the seller at all, but Amazon saved the day and refunded my purchase. This may work very well for smaller cats but not my 22lb beast. Definitely choose another seller that’s reputable. Again, this box seems to work very well for others, it just didn’t work out for me and mine and customer service by a seller is everything.
