I used to use a regular litter box for my cat, so this is the first automatic litter box I’ve tried. Some automatic litter boxes look small, but this one gives cat enough room to move around comfortably. I was a little worried my cat wouldn’t adjust, but she got used to it pretty quickly and started using it without any problems. The automatic cleaning feature works really well. It scoops the litter after each use and moves the waste into the bin, so the litter stays clean without me having to scoop multiple times a day. Coming from a normal litter box, this has been a huge convenience. You can also schedule cleaning cycles using the app. Another good feature is the safety design. I’ve seen some news about cats getting trapped in automatic litter boxes, which was one of the reasons I hesitated to switch. However, this one has a weight sensor that pauses the cleaning cycle if a cat jumps back in, which gives me peace of mind. Overall, as someone who switched from a regular litter box to an automatic one for the first time, I’m really happy with this purchase. It saves time, keeps the litter cleaner, and makes my life much easier.

I really like this box it fits my big cat well. However the bags that come with it are a really weird size and very hard to find any other that fits well. There’s none on the website and the customer support is an AI that just quit responding to me. I wouldn’t buy another for this reason, but the one I have works well.

I've had the product for less than a month. The seal on the floor of the litter robot is already coming loose in a couple of places allowing leakage as you can see in the photos. I have used the litter robot just as advised with adding litter no more than the maximum fill line. And so I know I have not caused the damage. This was an expensive item and is a shame and a waste. I can not reach product support. I would highly advise not buying this type of litter robot. It looked great but the quality turned out to be very poor. I have two other litter robots from a different company and have had them for over a year and have had no problems with them. I'm so disappointed with this product and the seller that I can not reach. Do not waste your money and buy this litter robot.

So I’ve been using an automatic litter box for a while, so this wasn’t my first one. The main difference I noticed with this unit is the larger size. My cat is around 16 lbs, and he fits comfortably with enough space to turn around, which wasn’t always the case with my previous box. The waste container is also larger, so I don’t need to empty it as often. It still requires regular cleaning like any automatic litter box, but overall the maintenance feels less frequent. Setup was straightforward, and the automatic cleaning has been working reliably so far. For anyone with a larger cat or upgrading from a smaller automatic litter box, this one feels more practical and easier to live with day to day!

This is my second automatic litter box, and my cat adjusted to this one very quickly and seems to like it a lot. The interior space is roomy, which gives my cat plenty of room to turn and move comfortably. The media could not be loaded. I’ve been very happy with this automatic litter box overall. One of the first things I noticed is that the inside is quite spacious, so my cat has plenty of room and doesn’t feel cramped when using it. That was really important to me, and this design feels much more comfortable than smaller enclosed litter boxes. I also really appreciate the safety features. It feels thoughtfully designed and gives me peace of mind when my cat is using it. The app is another big plus. It’s very convenient and easy to use, and I can check helpful information like my cat’s weight, when she went to the litter box, how long she stayed inside, and the usage history. Being able to track those records is really useful for monitoring my cat’s daily habits and health. Overall, this litter box is smart, convenient, and user-friendly.
