Great truly large automatic litter box
Finally a large mouth low rise automatic litter box big enough for my cats. This is my 3rd automatic litter box. The other 2 were too small for my cats. One cat is 13+ pounds and the other is 11+ pounds. They're Siberians. So they're long. From nose to tip of tail (very very long haired fluffy tail at that) they're both over 2.5 feet long. So yeah, by weight they'd fit into the other boxes, but in reality nope. They're tails would be squished in as well as their faces. This one can accommodate my long cats easily. It comes with a gel deodorant and works by a rotation drum like most of these do. Has all the regular safety features. I have not downloaded the app and really gotten into primarily because my cats refuse to use it for it's intended purpose. Cats, what can you do. They love to activate it and watch it move. And that's where it ends. My complaint with everyone of these automatic litter boxes no matter the brand is the sand or littler filter screen. The wholes are way too big. There so big that they allow the smaller poops to stay in the sand/litter rather then being screened out. I mean really, they're huge. I'm thinking about buying some screening type material and adding to the current screen so if my fluff butts do start using it, it will do a better job of seperating the smaller used litter from the clean litter. I do recommend this litter box. Tons of room inside, low entrance, easy to clean, lots of app features, and can be often found on sale for a really affordable price compared to many other brands. I think I found mine on sale for a little over $260 with free shipping? This was some time in 2025 I think, so keep that in mind.

Huge automatic litter box! Get easy slide litter
So far, I like it. Set up was easy, however it is important to note that you have lift the drum, remove the foam piece at the bottom, place the drum back at the proper angle, then lock the yellow are that secures the turning mechanism. It was an easy set up and I put a little bit of my cat’s used litter on top of the clean litter to help him adjust. I will be getting the hard clumping litter or easy slide as my regular litter seems to not form hard enough clumps to prevent sticking. This will need some sort of specialty litter to function properly. The app is basic but I don’t need anything fancy. Just to clean. It is lighter than expected. Seems to be fairly durable for my one cat. Will update if I have any issues. Notes : Getting an easy slide litter is probably ideal. It does not stick to the walls of the turning drum. There were a few issues with the weight at first but they seemed to have smoothed out. I would not recommend this for serious weight/health tracking for a sick cat but it could help in keeping an eye on weight and visits in general.

Large litter box
I have 4 cats at home,so capacity and practicality were the most important thing for choosing a big litter box.My largest cat can use it very comfortably,it’s perfect for a multi cats household like me. The automatic clean mode is extremely convenient.After my cats use the litter box,it cleans itself automatically, so I no longer need to scoop the litter many times per day,save my times,helps reduce odor. I also love the color,it’s nice and clean. It’s also can show the cats weight,it’s helpful to check their health. I’m highly recommend this one if you like me have more cats.

Good Product
This is awesome, only gave 4 stars as its only for 2.4G. My carrier only has 5G-not able to use this feature. It is very quiet, cats like it and its big enough for my 25lb boy. I wish I got this at the start but I ended up with the old saying of 'the third time the charm'. Has the same footprint of the prior ones, the opening is huge. The 2.4 issue is because I did not think of it. My fault there.

Leaking seal
I've had the product for less than a month. The seal on the floor of the litter robot is already coming loose in a couple of places allowing leakage as you can see in the photos. I have used the litter robot just as advised with adding litter no more than the maximum fill line. And so I know I have not caused the damage. This was an expensive item and is a shame and a waste. I can not reach product support. I would highly advise not buying this type of litter robot. It looked great but the quality turned out to be very poor. I have two other litter robots from a different company and have had them for over a year and have had no problems with them. I'm so disappointed with this product and the seller that I can not reach. Do not waste your money and buy this litter robot.

Perfection so far- cats are warming to it
I’ve been wanting a litter box like this for so long. I actually had the Meowant one in my cart and it was cheaper, but the shipping was longer. I ended up pulling the trigger on this one because I wanted to get it established before a family trip, time is money as they say and I was feeling pressured. I also got a refrigerated wet food auto feeder from UBpet, not realizing it was the same brand! Both have been super solid! Expensive but worth it from what I can tell. It’s been less than a week so far on the litter box so usually I would wait longer to review, but I’m looking for things to not like about it and I can’t find anything. We’re still dialing weights in because I have 3 cats, and 2 are at similar weights, but it doesn’t seem wildly in accurate like others have mentioned. A couple of times I got a weight that was really low, but I think it’s because the cat was peeking in with only its front feet, and didn’t go all the way in. That’s how scales work, after all. So far everything has been really easy to use, and the side mechanism to lock it in and unlock the drum is lightweight yet satisfyingly sturdy. One of my cats took to it right away. Another (pictured) is interested and I’m pretty sure has snuck in (she thinks it’s fun to watch. I’m just glad there are no pinch points!) and the third is geriatric and experiencing arthritis issues so we still have some work to do. He’s the reason we got the lower front box. They’re all big kitties and that’s why we went with the extra large capacity (11-13lbs). When I first looked at the waste container I was worried it would fill up too fast with three cats and one big pee-er. So far it feels like it’s taking forever to fill up. I finally just took it out earlier than I needed to just to see if it would get finicky with a new bag; no problems there! I usually like stainless steel litter boxes for odor control. I don’t know how well this will hold up to scratches over time but it is pleasantly smooth and I don’t see any reason to worry that it will fall apart quickly. The cats don’t seem too interested in scratching around the walls, just in the litter. It’s easy to wipe down the insides; I like to use Force of Nature cleaner because it works well on litter boxes and no lingering smell that bothers the cats. It’s oh so satisfying to walk by and not smell anything, and the sand looks pristine. I’m using Fresh Step clumping litter but am considering trying tofu. It’s very quiet, too! I was bummed about paying a little extra at first, but now I feel like I made a solid choice. Even if it dies after a year (please don’t, I need you!) for the cost it would be like paying $1/day for someone else to scoop the box for me. I was scooping 2 boxes once a day, or one large box twice a day. This was a really good investment for me and our 3 cats. UBpet is impressing me and I’ll be keeping an eye on their other products.

Excellent Auto Cleaning Little Box - Poor Tech Support
I have used this Self-Cleaning Litter Box for almost 2 months now and we love it. However when we recently had to update the software to a later version, we could not find the "Change Linen Bag" Alert settings to notify us to change the linen bag after 30 Cleanings, and to make sure we still had the "Linen is full" notification so we could change out the linen bag. We used the the Live Chat Support (UBPET only has Live Chat Support and does not have a Live Agent to call or contact) to find out where we could find those settings to ensure they are active. After 4 days of chatting back and forth with over 20 Text Messaging in their Live Chat Support, often asking us to Screen Shot various settings for our Litter Box program, we were not able to get any solution finding these settings in the Notification area. Then in the 4th day and 21 Texting back and forth, a Chat Support guided us to open the "Accessibility" tab and there was the settings we were searching for. Not sure why on earth they would hid those important settings under the Accessibility tab and not in the Alert Tab is beyond us. Anyway, we spent 4 days going back and forth that should have been correctly answered by their Tech Support staff with the first request for help with finding a setting in their program. We don't believe their Tech Support staff are full time employees and properly trained for them not be able to understand their own program settings so that as they help their customers resolve setting issues, it should be done quickly with the right answers. We are disappointed the only way to get Tech Support help is through their Live Chat via texting back and forth and having to wait the next day for their answer. And as far as our question regarding getting notifications for when we need to change the Linen bag, why they would have an alert settings under "Accessibility"?? Why not under "Notifications" instead? It makes no sense to us.

Reliable Box and great customer support!
I've owned this machine for 6 months now and as my first automated litter box this has been a game changer for my family! My two large boys, 21 lbs and 26 lbs fit just fine and adjusted very quickly to the new box. We saved a bit of litter from their old box and put it in the UBPET and this helped with transition. The app worked well but it is only 2.4 GHZ and if your wifi doesn't support that or supports it poorly (which was my case) you may have trouble connecting. I was able to use the app along with UBPET tech support to solve an issue with the box pausing repeatedly for 5 seconds during cleaning. I noticed the app reporting "cat detected, pausing 5 seconds" and this led me to believe (which UBPET tech support confirmed) that the weight sensors on all four feet may be stuck or obstructed. In my case a mat which we put in front of the box was wedging under the base and causing the issue. Corrected that and cleaned out around the feet with a bit of compressed (pc duster) air and all is well. Tech support was very helpful and responded to my email within 24 hrs and we were back up and running that day. I'd definitely recommend this box for all kitties (especially the large ones). They really seem to enjoy having a clean box all the time. This was definitely far less expensive than the other alternatives and the quality of the equipment has been great so far. The litter capture box gets cleaned once a day in our house and we've had absolutely no odor. We stopped using the odor neutralizing tabs that came with the box as the smell was not pleasant for us.
