Finally a large mouth low rise automatic litter box big enough for my cats. This is my 3rd automatic litter box. The other 2 were too small for my cats. One cat is 13+ pounds and the other is 11+ pounds. They're Siberians. So they're long. From nose to tip of tail (very very long haired fluffy tail at that) they're both over 2.5 feet long. So yeah, by weight they'd fit into the other boxes, but in reality nope. They're tails would be squished in as well as their faces. This one can accommodate my long cats easily. It comes with a gel deodorant and works by a rotation drum like most of these do. Has all the regular safety features. I have not downloaded the app and really gotten into primarily because my cats refuse to use it for it's intended purpose. Cats, what can you do. They love to activate it and watch it move. And that's where it ends. My complaint with everyone of these automatic litter boxes no matter the brand is the sand or littler filter screen. The wholes are way too big. There so big that they allow the smaller poops to stay in the sand/litter rather then being screened out. I mean really, they're huge. I'm thinking about buying some screening type material and adding to the current screen so if my fluff butts do start using it, it will do a better job of seperating the smaller used litter from the clean litter. I do recommend this litter box. Tons of room inside, low entrance, easy to clean, lots of app features, and can be often found on sale for a really affordable price compared to many other brands. I think I found mine on sale for a little over $260 with free shipping? This was some time in 2025 I think, so keep that in mind.

Oh my goodness, this litter box is great!!!!! We’ve been used the “lite” weight cat litter and have had no issues with it emptying whatsoever. It’s so easy to empty the poo container too since it sits on top of the barrel when in rest mode. And our cats have taken to it right away, no trouble adopting the new box. It’s quiet and the app keeps us informed of when emptying is needed. Great value overall does everything it says. It is large though, so buyers will want to make sure there’s plenty of room for it. I also had to reach out to customer service for help finding replacement bags only because I wanted to be ready when the time came and they responded within 12 to 24 hours. I’m very happy with this cat box and it’s changed my relationship with our cats for the better for sure!!!!

I've had the product for less than a month. The seal on the floor of the litter robot is already coming loose in a couple of places allowing leakage as you can see in the photos. I have used the litter robot just as advised with adding litter no more than the maximum fill line. And so I know I have not caused the damage. This was an expensive item and is a shame and a waste. I can not reach product support. I would highly advise not buying this type of litter robot. It looked great but the quality turned out to be very poor. I have two other litter robots from a different company and have had them for over a year and have had no problems with them. I'm so disappointed with this product and the seller that I can not reach. Do not waste your money and buy this litter robot.

This is our first automatic litter box, we purchased this one because we were looking for a extra large one for our 13, 14 and 17 lb cats. In the past we tried a covered litter box and felt that they did not give the cats room to turn around in. This box has a nice and large opening. It is very sturdy and built well. I like that it levels the litter after dumping the waist. The app is very easy to use, I do not see any points that could injure a cat, if a cat enters when it is in the cleaning process it will stop (we have a curious kitty that tested it...) The cons that I do not like, we set this to clean after each use, I found that when the waist is still fresh, it will leave marks as it slides across the drum. I feel that this may be an issue if a cat rubs against the wall when using the box..... When a cat enters it, it will ask you on the app to add the cat so you can track its usage and also track its weight. (This box needs to be on a hard surface for accurate weight) our curious cat likes to only step front paws in quite often causing a "new cat" notification regularly. The picture shows it on carpet, I've since added a piece of wood under it. We got this with the intention of replacing our current litter box, but with the arrival of our 3rd cat ( he showed up on our porch and "chose us" ) we decided to make it our 2nd box. Our curious kitty doesn't use it, but enjoys sitting in it (pictured)..🤦♂️ and the other 2 occasionally use it. We had to put it in a bedroom so it was close to a plug, our current box is in the laundry room, we would have had to run an extension cord behind the washer, I didn't feel like it was a safe move to do so.

I have used this Self-Cleaning Litter Box for almost 2 months now and we love it. However when we recently had to update the software to a later version, we could not find the "Change Linen Bag" Alert settings to notify us to change the linen bag after 30 Cleanings, and to make sure we still had the "Linen is full" notification so we could change out the linen bag. We used the the Live Chat Support (UBPET only has Live Chat Support and does not have a Live Agent to call or contact) to find out where we could find those settings to ensure they are active. After 4 days of chatting back and forth with over 20 Text Messaging in their Live Chat Support, often asking us to Screen Shot various settings for our Litter Box program, we were not able to get any solution finding these settings in the Notification area. Then in the 4th day and 21 Texting back and forth, a Chat Support guided us to open the "Accessibility" tab and there was the settings we were searching for. Not sure why on earth they would hid those important settings under the Accessibility tab and not in the Alert Tab is beyond us. Anyway, we spent 4 days going back and forth that should have been correctly answered by their Tech Support staff with the first request for help with finding a setting in their program. We don't believe their Tech Support staff are full time employees and properly trained for them not be able to understand their own program settings so that as they help their customers resolve setting issues, it should be done quickly with the right answers. We are disappointed the only way to get Tech Support help is through their Live Chat via texting back and forth and having to wait the next day for their answer. And as far as our question regarding getting notifications for when we need to change the Linen bag, why they would have an alert settings under "Accessibility"?? Why not under "Notifications" instead? It makes no sense to us.

UBPET XXXL is a dependable automatic litter box. It is soothingly quiet during cleaning mode. I've got mine programmed to clean twice a day. The weight & cat detection is accurate. The litter box is low to the ground and spacious enough for both domestic and Maine Coons to use. All of my cats have used it, although they have the option between automatic and traditional, my tuxedo cat has claimed this litter box as his. Thanks to the APP I am able to tell which cat went in. It is helpful to know if their weight has fluctuated. I've set the child lock feature eliminate any chance of the cats pushing buttons. I like the manual or programming mode to save wear and tear on the motor. Some of the APP descriptions are pretty cute, it could tell when a cat went in partially just to play. I did have to call my internet company to help connect to WIFI but that wasn't difficult, the tech was happy to help branch my line into two, with one being the 2.4G, that was no extra cost. If you have smart TVs, etc. you probably already have this established. Set up was easy. I am impressed with this product. Confident that I have the help I need scooping, especially while away. Litter tracking is minimal. Regardless of fill level, I change the bag 3x a week and wipe things down to keep things clean & fresh. I can recommend UBPET Automatic Litter Box. I am confident that my cats are safe, and it's dependable.

The XXL version was the perfect addition for our two cats. It is quiet and easily holds my larger cat without her being too cramped. Cleanup has been easy and I find the unit to be thoughtfully designed. The app is cool as I can see not only patterns of usage but also weight fluctuations for both cats. I recommend this one over the many others on Amazon.
