I'll start by saying this litter box is a pain to clean. There is no easy way to put litter into the box let a lone try to empty it. If you have 5GHz wifi, app won't work for you. If you have big cats, this is not for you. The little white tray that comes with it to prevent cats from peeing outside of the box will not let our cats to enter. If you do not use the white tray the cat pee will go underneath it. Talk about a urine smell!! Speaking of that, there's no odorizer in it. We missed the window to return it and have no way of getting our money back. No customer support, etc. Amazon is no help as well! Shame.. Overall is a horrible experience. It's a great concept but does not work.

I bought this litterbox on the recommendation of a friend who was a vet tech for years, and she has this machine for her multiple adult cats. I am getting a new kitten soon, and I have one large (14lbs) adult male cat already in my home. I decided to go ahead and give this route a shot to try and negate the need to have multiple litterboxes in my tiny space. I put it together early to try and give my adult cat some time to get used to it before I bring the new kitten home. My first reaction to upon taking it out of the box was that I had to search for the instruction booklet, which is located inside the bag compartment. I was scared to death that I was going to break the machine by man handling it around, but I'm glad to say I didn't. It was easy to plug in, and I still really have no clue just how much litter I should be putting inside. I have no idea what half the settings on the app do, but it seems to work okay enough. The opening is smaller than my cat would like, so I can't use the litter guard that clips in to the opening. And the over all inside of the machine is smaller than what my big boy would like as well, but he has still been making it work. Now the wost part of all this is that I have to clean litter off the machine and floor daily, but it does seem to be gathering up all the "important" pieces, so I don't know how I really feel about it yet. If I had to purchase this item again, I probably wouldn't, just because of all the trial and error and clean up I have already had to do, and next will be seeing how a small cat reacts to this.

The media could not be loaded. The ease of set up is ok but each cycle where the litter strains and the poop is supposed to be captured is not working correctly. The part that strains as it's rotating it opens too much allowing the clumps to escape back into the strained litter and then back into the tub. I have to use my poop scooper to remove the parts that escaped and were not removed in the cycle.

This is my first ever self cleaning cat little box . So I wasn't sure what to expect. Well let me just say I am loving it. I use this in conjunction with a really good cat litter and I set it to rotate every 15 minutes. By doing both these things you would never know we even have a litter box in our home. The litter box connected to my phone on the first try. The app is easy to work. I worried my cat wouldn't take to the litter box but I should have known better my nosey cat was checking it out while I was sitting the thing up and once she saw her litter go inside it she went right inside and did her business. I have noticed that she likes to set in front of it and watch for it to come on and go around. I had no problems with it messing up or not running. It has worked like a charm since the day I plugged it in. I would recommend to anyone.

The instructions in the book was very clear and easy to set up and let you know how much the litter you can put in there what I love about it is it has a cleaning feature that you can either press on the litter box or press on your phone and it has a deodorizer and that’s what’s going to keep the smell from burning your nose. It’s an auto sensing so you can either have it auto detect your cat or do it manually yourself the best feature of this litter box is that eight bags to waste for you so you don’t have to do it all you have to do is draw string it and take it out and replace the bag it also let you know how much your cat weighs, so that is good too. I feel like If you’re looking for a automatic cat litter box, this one is a really good one

I had high hopes for this little machine but after scooping cat litter manually because it would not cycle all the way and deposit waste into the bag think I might just go back to the traditional box.
