I'm so happy with this litter box that I already bought a 2nd one. It's simple, has great safety features, and works perfectly. There's no assembly. All you have to do is snap in the legs. I'm currently using Tidy Cat Lightweight and it's also working great, doesn't stick at all. I can see that I'll also use less litter and litter will last longer, which can be a huge monthly savings. If you're looking for a litter box- you'll make up for the extra cost with the lowered cost of kitty litter. It's 100% worth the investment. Update: i have 2 of these with 2 cats (also kept 1 regular litter box). I've been using these for about 1.5 months. They haven't been using the regular litter box this week. They only use these. It's clear they notice the cleanliness of the automatic boxes. They also find them very entertaining. The waste bins hold a lot too. They seem to be similar size as a large litter genie and it does equally good job of keeping the odor contained. If it starts to stink, it's because the bin was full. I used to clean 3 boxes daily. Now it looks like my cleaning days are over. I absolutely recommend this product.

This is hands down the best litter box I’ve ever owned. I now have two since getting a second cat. My first one is about 1.5 years old and still runs perfectly with zero issues. I recently purchased a newer model that weighs my cat and tracks usage through an app, which is a really cool feature. That said, what I value most is odor control—and this litter box truly delivers. It’s nearly odor-free. The only time I notice any smell is briefly right after my cat uses it while it’s cycling to clean. I also love how compact it is. It fits neatly into a corner without taking up much space and stays out of the way. It’s quiet enough that it doesn’t wake me up at night, which is a huge plus. Maintenance is easy: I change the waste bag about once a week and wipe it down with a Clorox wipe to remove dust. That’s it. I have zero complaints and would absolutely recommend this litter box to anyone who wants a reliable, effective option without spending $600 on a more expensive model.

We've had this litter box for a while now and we love it so much. It was easy for our cat to get used to, has safety sensors that make sure it doesnt harm any cats inside. It works very well and keeps the litter very clean and has saved us a ton on litter since we got it. The shuffle mode that happens first works so well to help the pee/poo not sink all the way to the bottom. For a single cat, we can easily go more than a week without emptying it. It keeps the odors locked in so it doesnt stink up my bathroom where its kept like the old style did when my husband inevitably forgot to scoop it for a few days. Its also very quiet which is an added bonus. The buttons are very simplified so we do keep the paperwork close by so we can quickly read up on how to change modes if needed since the buttons dont always make it super obvious but for how good this works I dont mind having to keep it nearby.

Awesome litter box to not have to clean constantly, does its job effectively and my cat used it right away! However, the top lid does not have a sensor so my cat was hanging from the top and was lifted up a bit and started to go around as box was turning before the cat jumped off. The box was great at not activating when the paws were on the bottom entrance or cat was inside due to the inner sensor so I still think it’s safe. Also, it’s not completely odor proof since it takes a few minutes before the poop is dumped and the bottom tray can fill up and there are air gaps around the bottom tray. I replace the bag at least once a week so you have to factor in the cost of the bags.

OMG! This thing is amazing. 2 of my cats have taken to it immediately. Freaking them out at first when it started moving though, so put it on manual mode. You won't be disappointed with the product itself or the price. The sound is lower than expected. Going to buy a second one. Using Arm Hammer slide litter. Checked the waste drawer after it cleaned and clumps remained formed and no order. You only need to put on the legs, put a bag in the drawer, insert the drawer, then plug it in. DO NOT slide the unit far or the legs will come loose. Pick it up and place it. Don't get me wrong, it's very sturdy and well made. The legs just don't lock into place unless I've done it wrong. I am 62 and don't have the strength I used too... so... But hands down this works beautifully. Even though it's a tight fit, my 17 lb. 11 y/o big cat fills the entire area. However, because it's open he was able to turn around and face out to do his business. He's the most skittish of my 4 cats and was the first one to use it. I'm so glad the reviews were so detailed and full of info. I did get a step stool so my 15 y/o can get in, but she hasn't tried it yet. Get it, it's worth the money. And soooo much cheaper than the more expensive brands. More money doesn't me everything. I'll update my post if anytime changes - good or bad.

Overall, it gets the job done, but there are some major flaws. 1) It does not alert you when the box is full. My machine stopped upside down. A light will flash on the front, but it doesn't make any noise. My cats had nowhere to go to the bathroom for who knows how long because it was stuck upside down. I only noticed it when one of the cats had an accident somewhere else in the house. (I've been much more diligent about emptying the box after that!) 2) If the box does get too full the poop/pee smears all over the top of the machine and needs cleaned. 3) Sometimes the litter clumps will fall out onto the floor behind the machine. I don't know why this happens, maybe the clumps start rolling too fast and just yeet themselves out before it's turned over completely. Overall, for the price it gets the job done. If I was to do it over again, I would probably order one with an app, so it could at least tell me when the tray is full. If you are on the fence about getting an automatic litter box, GET ONE. I have 2 indoor cats and only have to empty it twice a week, rather than scooping twice a day. I also bought off brand littler bags for the bottom tray and they work just fine (I just can't pull the bag closed before opening the tray. Which I didn't do anyway.)

Works well, follow the directions to get your cats to use the box. Getting the liter cleaning box on after dumping always is a challenge. Hard to line up the tray with the rails under the box, needing to tilt the box to see the rails which dumps liter to the back, but still harder to slide in. Both models are the same way. The single version for older cats with the step is even harder to get back in place. Functionality of use is good, took about a week for the cats to accept it.
