Convenient open top automatic cat littler for smaller to medium size cats, the surface is simple to clan and feels comfy for kitties paws, the cat litter box is very stable and works well with the app , it will recognize the cat with the app , anti scratch non stick and easy to clean bottom because it is teflon , it also has sensor to add extra safety to our cats, better than the roller type ones in my opinion , sins it cleans a few minutes after the cat goes, there is not odor. The design is compact and modern so in case it happens to be visible the box looks good , not ugly so I really like that "extra feature" . Most importantly cats love it and there is not smell!

So disappointed with this product! It's small for an X-large and does not hold much litter. Then it's very messy because somehow the litter can get into the crevices and under the bin when it lifts the waste box lid. I expected some splashing of litter that's why I bought the extra privacy box which is coming later. The small waste bin didn't last more than 2 days of waste and I only have one cat. Maybe my cat makes a lot of waste but still, I cannot see how I can do any traveling and have confidence that my litter box is going to keep the litter clean while I am away. You basically still have to check on it probably everyday to make sure that the box and the surrounding area is clean, which means a lot of sweeping or vacuuming. I can't recommend this product because it's not worth the price. I have to find out if I can still return it after already used it.

The first time I tried to use this box it didn't work for me. I even started the return process because I thought it was not good, but then I realized that the problem was not the box itself but a combination of the type of sand I was using and its location. I was using a high quality clumping litter but I was also using it on my den which is outdoors but covered. The sand was absorbing the high humidity and was clumping as a block, and I thought that it was the box giving me problems when it was the sand and location all along. I switched to a non clumping sand and now it works flawlessly. The box picks up the solids while the liquids are absorbed into the sand and I empty the whole tray once every few days. After I was able to take care of that issue, my box is working well and unless it breaks soon it will be a good purchase. I will update if something like this happens.

I bought this one because my second cat will may use enclosed one. Overall, you get what you payed for $200 vs $600. I does the job for my cat but not quite for me. Collection bin and the space it sits in within the machine are the major problem. For once it is small and needs to be cleaned every 3-4 days. Otherwise the litter finds its way around the bin and “ Oh my God!” are there places it can get stuck within. I will not be returning it because as I said it does the job for the cat, but Nekasa that my other cat uses does not require attention for 10-14 days this one has to be looked into every other day.

Easy to clean. It normally goes 6 to 8 months between deep cleans on my electric cat boxes because they are so difficult and time consuming. This one is quick and easy. I have 3 cats 16lb, 13lb, and 2.9lb. I have multiple cat boxes but this seems to be the fan favorite over the tall round ones that turn upside down like the litter robot.I have to clean every 3 days. I only cared if the motor was stronger than my last rake box and so far so good. Only had it a few weeks though so I will try to update in a year. Also the extra features of telling you what cat is in the box, when it's on the boxx how long it's in the box, and how much they weigh I thought unnecessary and over the top, but now it's one of my favorite features. If the motor stays strong and it lasts a few years this will be my new go to when they burn out.

The litter box started off working well but over time it comes off track and is slanted. I had to have someone come and put it back on track 2 times. I was not able to use it for months. I had to go back to using a regular litter box. I paid too much money for it to do this. In the picture you can see the rake is slanted.

Works great, really love it. My two cats took to it right away with no problems. Sometimes I have to scrape a little bit. I have to empty the little drawer every two days, but I have two fat cats. Very easy to empty the drawer with a little plastic bag that goes in there. I have to say it is a little noisy but you can set a timer to have it turned off at night time. It is extremely better than a non-self cleaning litter box. I highly recommend it.

did not work after 20 days. The return process through Amazon was a nightmare, You may have better luck going directly through the vendor. Now I get to ship back a defective and soiled litterbox. absolutely disgusting. Hopefully the next one doesn't break right away.
