This seems to be a decent size for my larger cats. It was pretty simple to take out of the box and set up. It just had a few pieces of tape and a cardboard small box in the middle which had the trash bags and deodorizers in it. It seems to work well with the app. I am struggling to figure out what to do with the two buttons but it seems easy enough after a while. The app is pretty self-explanatory and easy to understand. It is definitely a game changer over manual cleaning cat boxes. It definitely Scoops out well with the stainless steel rake. It is pretty sturdy since it is lower to the ground and easy for the cats to step in and out of. The design is pretty cool and it is great to have trash bags that fit in it. Get it does have trash bags that are long and skinny so I think that you would have to buy more bags from this particular company. The deodorizers smell nice and do a good job as well. I am happy with the litter box. It was a smooth transition for my cats and they definitely used it right off the bat.

I’ve been using the UBPET Self Cleaning Cat Litter Box for a while now and overall it’s been a good experience. The cleaning cycle takes about 4 to 5 minutes, and smoothing the litter takes around 1 minute, which feels pretty quick. I also like how fast it responds when my cat steps inside. It stops right away, so I don’t have to worry about safety. The litter tray is removable, making it easy to dump or replace the litter. The waste bin design is simple and convenient, and swapping out the waste bag doesn’t take much time. There is also a spot on the waste bin cover for a deodorant tablet, which is a nice bonus and helps with odor control. It comes with a roll of waste bags, three packs of odor control tablets and a divider, so you are ready to use it right out of the box. There is an app you can use, and it does require an update during the initial setup. After that, the app is easy to understand and navigate. The only slight nitpick I is that I have noticed the noise during the cleaning or smoothing cycle. It is a little bit louder than I expected, but since this the first time using a self cleaning litter I'm exactly sure how loud they usually are. Either way not a dealbreaker for me. Overall, if you are looking for an budget friendly automatic litter box that works well, I would definitely recommend giving this one a try.

This is the second self cleaning litter box my husband and I have tried. Based off the experience with our first one, I was super skeptical. To preface, im 9 months pregnant so keep that in mind. It took 10 minutes to set up, and really it was because my dog was playing with the cardboard box it came in. As a matter of fact, it arrived already assembled. I just had to put a bag in it and install the smelly jelly cake. Which is conveniently located inside the waste bin. I get notified whenever it needs to be dumped, which is soooo easy. You literally out the plastic bin out, take out the full bag and put a new one in it. It takes longer to walk it to the garbage outside. You can also match weight readings to specific cats, so our box knows which one of our cats is using it and tells us who it is. The litter does have a habit of getting stuck behind the rake, or caked down at the bottom in a thin layer. That could also be a situation unique to us be ause our senior is in renal failure, she uses the box upwards to 11 times a day. Both of my cats took to the box right away, with no issue. And theres no smell- ZERO smell. You used to be able to smell foul litter all through our apartment, i swear to you theres no odor at all. Says the pregnant woman. I will say, when the box says to empty the bin dont put it off because it will be a mess. But if you empty it when it tells you to, youre golden. We have to do it every day and subsequently we go through more litter but again, our older girl pees ALOT. All in all, so far i really like this box. It cleans great, changing the bag is easy, theres no smell, its virtually silent and feels sturdy. It is plastic but its not flimsy. I feel that its going to last a long time. If anything changed I'll come back with an update but in the meantime, its great box and I recommend it HIGHLY.

So disappointed with this product! It's small for an X-large and does not hold much litter. Then it's very messy because somehow the litter can get into the crevices and under the bin when it lifts the waste box lid. I expected some splashing of litter that's why I bought the extra privacy box which is coming later. The small waste bin didn't last more than 2 days of waste and I only have one cat. Maybe my cat makes a lot of waste but still, I cannot see how I can do any traveling and have confidence that my litter box is going to keep the litter clean while I am away. You basically still have to check on it probably everyday to make sure that the box and the surrounding area is clean, which means a lot of sweeping or vacuuming. I can't recommend this product because it's not worth the price. I have to find out if I can still return it after already used it.
