Biggest piece of crap ive ever owned. First of all, its too small. The sides are barely able to keep the litter in the box. Secondly, the rake is very weak. It isnt even able to remove a pile of pee. It just goes back to its starting position and will not clean up any messes after that. Third, the litter gets everywhere. The cats are barely even able to cover up their mess without it getting out of the box. I am very disappointed with my purchase... now I am stuck with a very expensive piece of junk. Ive had this automatic litter box for maybe 2 months and its just gotten worse as time goes on. ... show more

I am amending my first review. I emailed customer service and after a few emails back and forth they sent me a new one. I had to send in a video of the issue and the serial number. The model they sent was also the newer version. I do love it when companies stand by their warranty! This is the original - Worked great for five months. One of the side moters was lagging and it shut off when it went backwards. The support and return window have of course closed. ... show more

    • It’s a No from me but my cats liked it
I wanted to love this litter box as much as my cats did but it was worse than a non-electric box to keep up with. My cats preferred this box over Petpivot but the amount of upkeep didn’t make it practical to keep at a higher price point. I still had to clean the box 2x a day because the “deposits” didn’t have time to solidly & track would break it into smaller pieces. I tried extending the settings to the longest possible and it didn’t improve. The bin also doesn’t hold much, for a multi cat household it was way too small- maybe 2 days before it was full. I also had issues with the track getting stuck. I ended up returning the UBPET litter box, luckily I didn’t have any issues with the seller. ... show more

I bought this one because my second cat will may use enclosed one. Overall, you get what you payed for $200 vs $600. I does the job for my cat but not quite for me. Collection bin and the space it sits in within the machine are the major problem. For once it is small and needs to be cleaned every 3-4 days. Otherwise the litter finds its way around the bin and “ Oh my God!” are there places it can get stuck within. I will not be returning it because as I said it does the job for the cat, but Nekasa that my other cat uses does not require attention for 10-14 days this one has to be looked into every other day. ... show more

Works ok for 2 months, but has since stopped in the middle of cleaning pretty much every time so I have to unplug and reset it, and it no longer cleans after my cats leave the box I have to manually tell it to clean abd hope it doesn't jam. It loves to dump a half box worth of litter out but miss the poop. It's also quite slow and rather loud. ... show more

As its form accompany the traditional non automatic cat litter boxes, sounded familiar to the cats! I have another model semi closed and the cats almost abandoned the use. Easy to configure, use and clean. Silent in its operation which doesn't scare the pets. The odor control works perfctly. The quality of the material is much superior comparing similar models. I was a bit concerned about the depth, but it is just the perfect depth to the use and economy of the cat litter. ... show more

Easy to clean. It normally goes 6 to 8 months between deep cleans on my electric cat boxes because they are so difficult and time consuming. This one is quick and easy. I have 3 cats 16lb, 13lb, and 2.9lb. I have multiple cat boxes but this seems to be the fan favorite over the tall round ones that turn upside down like the litter robot.I have to clean every 3 days. I only cared if the motor was stronger than my last rake box and so far so good. Only had it a few weeks though so I will try to update in a year. Also the extra features of telling you what cat is in the box, when it's on the boxx how long it's in the box, and how much they weigh I thought unnecessary and over the top, but now it's one of my favorite features. If the motor stays strong and it lasts a few years this will be my new go to when they burn out. ... show more
