This cat poop house and I do mean house has pros and cons. •pros: cats can enter the house to defacate or urinate. After time set it does scoop it into the designated area under the front step, there is also empty space in the stair. It has a nice hopper to put litter in as needed so you don’t have to. It never smears poop and only has to be cleaned by a human 1X/month. •cons: there is no way that you could leave 2 cats alone for more 5 days without needing to be home to clean the poop bag out and add precious litter that it has thrown away. Weights are always wrong. It scoops a lot of litter out with the poop and I don’t understand how. The house has tines to scoop with. So it adds its own litter for you - a ton!!! OMG there goes my expensive litter! There is no deodorizer! There is a UV light for sterilization - does it work in the few minutes it is on? The stink… is there a word for stink that is more descriptive and a much stronger word?! Malodorous might be another word. Effluvium could work! Basically it is a huge house that scoops poop, throws your litter away into the receptacle and ands its litter by itself. I could have spent $200. and been happier, in fact I believe I could have put a cat poop box (not litter box because it’s purpose is only to await a stench dropping) and so therefore it is a poop box. You can’t leave the cats for more than five days without coming home to a full poop receptacle and an empty hopper… No litter. ⭐️for catching poop ⭐️for adding litter EDIT: After reaching out to the vendor, they have worked with us to resolve our concerns. I'm doing a new review after two months of use. It's in my bedroom with 7 foster cats. First the good: I like the features, and the cats took right to the box no problem. Most of the time it works pretty well. Support has been great and they are constantly improving the app and tweaking the operation. This unit will get better with time. It does a good job keeping the smell down. However, there are some significant issues: The cats seem to like to use the bathroom in groups. Which means that while it's scooping, if another cat looks in it just stops, so they see it's stopped and jump in and poop behind the rake, causing a huge mess. These are young foster cats, so they look at it a lot and that's causing it to stop a lot more than needed. The unit leaks urine from the back because the tray overlap just isn't very deep. I've had to resort to stuffing a bunch of paper towels in the back to soak up the urine, which works well, but I still feel like this could have been prevented with greater overlap. If your cat doesn't pee high this won't be a problem for you. The tray just doesn't hold much litter so if you have a digger or an old cat that pees a large amount, there's a good chance it will clump and stick to the tray. I have to scrape the pan daily. I was able to make this problem much better by covering the clean tray with floor wax. It wastes a lot of litter, so I have taken to scooping the used litter it deposits in the waste bin to reuse the good litter in other litterboxes. The waste will pile up in the back of the bin and so it will never be more than half full before it gets so high that the flapper door will smear waste all over the place trying to close or when removing the waste pan. Overall, I spend about twice as much time cleaning this box as I did a regular litterbox because I can't just throw it in the sink. I think this would work well for someone with one or two small cats that are very tidy, but it's not a timesaver for me with 7 cats. I'm raising the review to five stars because they are taking it back and say it's not for more that 3 cats. I can accept that but it didn't say that when I bought it, however great support like they have deserves a good rating. ... show more

The seller shipped my order very fast. The received package was well packed. No damage during shipping. My overall experience is very positive after a few weeks of using it. 1. The installation was simple. Just follow the user manual to put the parts together. 2. Once power on, it runs under the default mode, which is good enough for me. The box can sense the cat going in and out. The internal rake automatically scoop the waste to the litter bag after the cat leaves the box. The rake will stop and reset its position during a cleaning process, if the box detects a cat approaches the entrance of the box. The rake will continue the cleaning process once it senses the cat has left. The top bin holds several serving of cat litter, and can unload them into the box one serving a time. All I need to do is to refill the cat litter and replace the poop bag once it is full. 3. I also uses the app to control the box, such as starting a cleaning, turn on the UV light for sanitizing, etc. The app also records all the events, such as when a cat goes in, how long she stays inside, the weight of the cat, when the box did a clean, etc. 4.
