    • I wish i could get my MONEY BACK!!
i can NOT recommend this litter box. the price is outrageous but IF IF it were as marvelous as they make it out to be it would have been tolerable. however it is not… especially after using it for a bit! there are some praising reviews but i wonder how long after purchase they rated? i just removed mine from house and bought a large steel litter box and am back to scooping and the cats and Myself are MUCH relieved and happier. so here is what was awful about this box: 1. the PRICE! 2. the SIZE!! it is heavy, cumbersome and huge but only on the outside! inside with the raking system there isn’t that much room. i have two LARGE BREED Cats and they clearly were unhappy trying to maneuver.. one decided to let me know just how unhappy after 10 days of trying by peeling just outside box! 3. it WASTES LITTER! the rake system pushes far more litter out of use area into the SMALL waste area! even when using a finer litter i’d still end up with so much clean litter in waste area.. 4. POOR DESIGN OF WASTE LITTER AREA! you have to try to lock a flimsy piece of plastic on the end of the waste bag area which is a challenge to lock on and can break too easily.. Moreover. it leaves gaps inside so the bag can get caught and doesn’t fully expand! which is a problem considering above item… that is mostly unused litter filling up bag! 5. SHALLOW PAN FOR LITTER. if you have a cat that likes deeper, well normal depth of litter to be comfortable doing their business…. they aren’t going to be happy. as noted before it pushes too much clean litter into dirty litter bag… and that’s at a shallow depth! 6. NOT CONTROLLING SMELL. for all the expense to have odor protection…ion, blue light… the “cover” over where used litter goes is at the front of box actually out of machine with just a loose step covering!! it’s not a tight locking fit so of course the smell is not eliminated.. nope. 7. AUTOMATIC LITTER ADDITION HA! the whole fill the upper 5 sections to add litter as needed … is a waste. back to item 3 it’s pushing so much clean litter out that it has to “add litter” way too often especially if multiple cats! and each section did not fully empty into box below as does not equal the amount being wasted. 8. AWFUL TOUCH PANEL! print is small, buttons are TINY and difficult to push and to get to respond. took too long to set up as it seemed most of the time the panel “buttons” didn’t respond. 9. HARD TO DEEP CLEAN. good grief it has been THE WORSE TO TRY TO CLEAN. SO THERE IS 9 SOLID REASONS to pick another automatic litter box, or return within window and why i so WANT MY $$$ BACK! ... show more

Saves me so much time! I really needed one that fit in a specific space and so many of them were so large they didn't fit. Although this one was much more expensive, it fit my space perfectly since it is smaller that the others I looked at. I like the fact that it tells you when the trash is full or it needs litter. I found that the Boxie litter worked best for my cat and this box. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I never thought I would buy two of one brand of litter box, I definitely bought one each of a lot of other manufacturers!! It took many years to find this robobox, but, for my needs it is the best one on the market now. My older furbaby is very arthritic and diabetic. Even with insulin he drinks GALLONS! He has always been a drinker his entire life, so to shorten the story (as some fur parents will already realize) this means he is sometimes messy entering and exiting and he does not pee a little round tennis ball. No, his contribution is more approximate to a soft large brick. Auto litter boxes can't handle it! 😮🫣🙄😳🤬 Unfortunately, I also have a severe problem with arthritis and could not get to the maintenance and problems that this caused - it was worse than a manual box! This LalaHome box covers ALL of the bases, thinks of everything and even takes care of the smell without selling you perfume products that insult your kitty's nose! My house is cleaner, my fur babies are happier (both he and his sister), my life is easier and both litter box areas are almost always neat, clean and all is contained as it ought to be inside of those boxes. 🧐🤔🫢🤭☺️🥹😂🤣🥳🥳❣️❣️❣️ No box is perfect and every fur baby is different, but, if you have a kitty like my grouchy old man, who loves this litter box almost as much as I do, I honestly recommend this and I do not believe you will regret it! ... show more
