Well, I do like the modern look of it. It is very pretty to the outside things. I didn't like, is that the little case that you take off the top to add. Your litter is very small and difficult to add. The other thing that I didn't like about it. It is very small if you have a bigger size cat. My cat's 15 pounds. So he was a little bit uncomfortable inside. I didn't like that. It didn't come with many features. The app that is displayed for it. Is that grade doesn't give you many options to create a system? The box does not work for my senior cat. Too high for him to get in comfortably. BUYER BEWARE BECAUSE THE RETURN POLICY REQUIRES MORE POSTAGE THAN WHAT I PAID FOR PRODUCT. CAN'T GET ANY HELP RETURNING EXCEPT A $300 RETURN LABEL.

Cat won't use it because he was used to a more open-air one. They do not specify anything about return shipping. It would be nice if they would say in their ad that return shipping is to be paid by the buyer. I am very disappointed in this company they could have at least shared the return shipping charge with me, it was $126. I would never purchase anything from them again. ... show more

Had it for just a month and it no longer works properly. There are controls shooting options. It just empties all of the litter out.
