Exactly what I wanted. I have a silicone case which is difficult to slide into or our of a pocket, even in a jacket. This case slides in and out easily but still has enough friction to hold without dropping the phone.

This is the second time I’ve purchased this case. My 1st one lasted 21 months and may have lasted much longer but I used to pop the case off multiple times a day to put my credit card behind the phone even though the case was not intended for this; nonetheless the case withstood the abuse for a good amount of time. I no longer do this with my replacement case and have owned it for 5 months and it’s still like new. I like really the rubber grip around the side of the case which keeps it from slipping out of my hand. I have the blue colored leather and it’s shuttle textured back kind of serves as a non-skid and keeps the phone from sliding easily. I definitely recommend this case. ... show more
