JUNK! I haven't even had it for 2 months and it has already stopped working! Every time it tries to clean it spills litter every where and now it is frozen to a spot where my cats can't even use it.... DON'T waste your money!!!! If I could give it zero stars I WOULD!!!!!!

We are getting a new cat and with a small space for a cat box, I'm seriously impressed with this little box. There isn't a smell at all which really surprised me. I love that it stays clean all the time even if we are going for a day or two. It's really easy to remove the old litter. It is very quiet, and the cat doesn't seem bothered by the sound. It's easy to set up and fits in a small space. It really is a great value for the money.

The litter box requires some trial and error to figure out how everything works. The instructions could have been more comprehensive and complete. Plus, the app isn't intuitive or easy to figure out. It keeps texting me every time it does something. Other than those issues, it's easier than scooping and cleaning a regular litter box.

My cat potty arrived a day early which was awesome. Setup was easy nothing to do outside reading the box. That being said setting up the app not so easy. So here is a step by step play. Download the Tuya smart app, then turn the wifi on the cat box then pair with your Bluetooth. Then open app and click on the + button up in the right-hand corner and follow the next step the app tells you and there you have your potty on your phone. I hope this help I jad to you on YouTube. It seems to work well not let's see what happens when the cats use it. Have a blessed day.

These are terrible. The barrel/Drum should be sealed and instead has seems that are fairly open. Since it rotates to clean the poop and pee it smears/runs the stuff all over the inside and through the seams. It ends up coated in a yellow layer of pee along the out side of the seams. Sure you could take some JB weld before using it and seal it up. But the plastic/rubber mat that holds the litter and for whatever reason does'nt go to the bottom of the barrel/drum ends up folding inward and failing every time after a few months of use. the flap inside is loose, really needs a rubber gasket or something, it doesn't seal up and the smell from the bag leaks out. again if the price was cheaper, you could get something like the door insulation things and jb weld/glue it to the flapper and just diy something to seal it up. If these were like 50$ then it would be fine i feel, you could take some precautions and kind of fix some of the issues before using. for the current price tag 150-250 these are a massive waste of money. DO NOT PURCHASE. At these high prices. Not worth current prices. not even close. They are poorly put together and a lot of what should not be flimsy/weak is super flimsy/weak. causing lots of failures for parts, that are not replaceable. i can not find replacements for anything you would need. like the litter mat and flapper.

I have 2 cats, and one is so picky about her litter. Does not like to use the litter box if the other cat has already used it. With stage 3 DDD, scooping the liter multiple times a day is killer on me. This has been a lifesaver! Initially, it was not what I wanted. I was looking to buy the name-brand, $700+ ones, but decided to settle for this one after reading the reviews. I was not disappointed! Instructions were a little hard to follow at first, but I am also very impatient. But the company has a great step-by-step walkthrough video. Connecting to the app was difficult at first, but the video explained that you have to let the litterbox auto cycle fully for the first time. This process took ours roughly 10-20 minutes to complete. Once completed, it connected right to the app with no issues. My picky cat hates my auto vacuum, and so I was worried about her taking to the litterbox. She was actually the first one to use it. For the first day, every time it auto-cleaned, she would step into it. I noticed every time weight was added, it would stop immediately. It is super quiet. The is no litterbox smell. We've had it going for about 2 full weeks now, and by the end of the first day, the old litterbox was removed, and both cats use this one with no issues. I would have highly recommended this one for all of my cat friends.

I followed the directions for replacing the litter bags. However, when I replace a dirty bag not all of the dirty litter went bag. Litter spills out all over from the interior flap that's supposed to keep it contained. I have to vacuum up the spilled scattered litter. It's a royal pain.
