I would give ZERO STARS, but had to select one (1) to be able to post review. Original water heater didn’t work. It was sent back and replaced. Replacement heater that was sent, was installed and lo and behold, didn’t work either!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! Wasted so much of m money time uninstalling the first one that didn’t work, then install the replacement, which didn’t work!!! Save yourself time and money, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS HEATER.

I am a rv tech. With a few modifications this is by far the best investment a customer made. Upon installation it worked right away. The customer themselve where extatic and pleased by ease of use. As for stuff on my side it came with almost everything needed to install except an lp line. That was expected due to the customers rv was all copper and needed a flexible line to go to lp input. I could also have went a different route cutting lp line and getting different parts. Anyway, excellent product and will wait to see what winter brings.

Water heater works good but description is misleading. The water heater itself is roughly 13x13 and the door is 16x16. Water heater definitely did not fit in the hole that I had from my previous water heater. Did not realize that the door sizes are completely unrelated to the water heater size. So now I have to find a way to prop up a water heater to be level with the cutout and get a unit with an 18x18 door. Install and everything else was good but the product itself was misleading in its information. Water gets hot fast. Value for money was pretty decent. Just wish that there were more measurements and better information included in the description before purchasing. Definitely love unlimited water supply.
