After 1 month installed and only using this maybe a total of 7 days the Control Board went bad and now this is not working at all. Amazon helped the best they could with a $55 credit for a product that cost $210. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Bought it for a neighbor when their water heater broke, needed something in a pinch and figured I would try it. Worked out great. Many people complain about gas leeks on here and a little Teflon tape fixed that. He liked it so much he talked me into buying one. First night my wife took an hour long shower and did not run out of hot water. I will recommend to everyone. If you install in your rv make sure you get extensions for your hoses. These are a lot shorter than the tank heaters and your hoses may not reach. P.S. explain to your wife to let it run for 30 seconds to get hot before yelling you that the water heaters broken and have you chasing a problems that arnt there 😂😂 ... show more

It was fairly easy to install and I really love having endless hot water. My only drawback besides having to wait a minute for it to reach temperature, is that I get an Error every time I use it! It’s very frustrating

Extremely easy to install. All you need is a drill and a voltmeter came on immediately well constructed. Also, you might have to either lengthen or shorten. You're existing hot and cold water lines that attached to your old water Heater The only potential problem I saw was, it has a solid lip around the outside edge which will cause any water that drips or comes in from rain to drain back into camper. I used a small amount of foam weather sealer. At the edge of the door to prevent rainwater from getting in And drilled some small holes at the bottom outside flange, for any kind of drainage, it might need ... show more

Excellent price for a name brand water heater. There are multiple water heaters on here that are not name brand. Good luck finding parts for those. I had this professionally installed by an RV shop and they had zero issues.
