Very nice and compact unit and works flawlessly. There are differences in how it operates that take some getting used to but since I have used tankless heaters in the past, it wasn’t a surprise. Since it stores no heated water and only heats on demand, it takes a few seconds longer for the heated water to reach the shower head. When you stop the flow the heating stops. When you turn the flow on again there is a few seconds of cold again and the heating stops builds back to the set temperature. I love that it doesn’t waste my propane maintaining a tank of water at temperature when I’m only going to use it once or twice a day. I removed my old tank heater and installed the tankless myself in a few hours since I already have pex tools, fittings and tubing. ... show more

It looks good, connects fairly easily. Too bad it isn't working. It just keeps giving me e1 code. Hopefully I will eventually get help getting it figured out.

It was fairly easy to install and I really love having endless hot water. My only drawback besides having to wait a minute for it to reach temperature, is that I get an Error every time I use it! It’s very frustrating

Old suburban hot water heater was more trouble than it was worth, not to mention only a few gallon tank. Decided to go with the Vevor tankless propane heater because it seemed like the best deal on the market and so far I think I made a great choice. Works flawlessly every time and never runs out. I wish I could give this a 0. I have fought for over a month to get this unit to work. I’ve contacted the manufacturer and they will not refund me as it was on Amazon. The unit will not come on at all, we’ve replaced parts with the parts from the manufacturer and it will still not work. 230 dollars down the drain. Shame on your Amazon. ... show more

Good unit takes some getting used to I have. Found that when taking a shower I can only use the hot water side of the faucet and have to reduce the water flow through the showerhead using the shut off valve on the showerhead then it keeps the shower water about 120°
