I purchased this Septer 22, 2025 and it has worked fine until yesterday, Jan. 19, 2026. It turned on with an Error Code EE then Ec then it all came on with a 888 temp and DIED. Can't be returned and No Survive left.

Will never be purchasing anything like this or anything similar to this ever again as apparently this is not a warranty item, but you can charge a lot of money for a non-warranty item even though the box was handed over to us we had it professionally installed. They still will not warranty something that’s not working so it came defective. I spent a lot of money on a defective item that I now have to figure out how to probably spend a lot more money to either a get it fixed or be replaced with somebody else’s product that will warranty it. Trust me when I say I will never purchase this product or anything from this company and possibly Amazon again.

Water heater works good but description is misleading. The water heater itself is roughly 13x13 and the door is 16x16. Water heater definitely did not fit in the hole that I had from my previous water heater. Did not realize that the door sizes are completely unrelated to the water heater size. So now I have to find a way to prop up a water heater to be level with the cutout and get a unit with an 18x18 door. Install and everything else was good but the product itself was misleading in its information. Water gets hot fast. Value for money was pretty decent. Just wish that there were more measurements and better information included in the description before purchasing. Definitely love unlimited water supply.
