I bought this and I could not have been more excited to use it! When I put it in, it twists! I can’t get it to sit right with the toy fully inserted. Then, when I put it in and physically twist it to have it sit right, it is too long and ends up above my clit. I am so disappointed. It was a birthday present to myself to enjoy all the settings. It put me in a bad mood and now out the cost of the toy due to the nature of the item. I’m half pissed, half disappointed because I saw this as an investment. I have never had kids so I’m sure my pelvic floor may be different. But how do you know to get this or the mini? The mini only made it sound more discreet - not due to anything anatomical. And I went to the website and looked around. There’s nothing in there about which one would work best for who. Okay! He’s, I’m pissed. If you have a smaller anatomy, do NOT get this. Try the smaller one. If you have not had kids. Don’t get this one. Get the smaller one! This sits fine outside of insertion. Couldn’t. Be. More. Disappointed.

**Seller reached out to resolve! Must’ve been a one time fluke. I was sooo excited to get this, delivered super quickly so it was tried out right away. Worked great the first time. Washed it and put it to charge and now the vibration is abysmal even at 100% not sure what happened but very sad for second day use and no refunds.

So definitely moved this to a 5 star review!!! Lovense customer support warranty my toy and I received the new one and it is working flawlessly!! Thank you so much for an amazing product and customer service. I love the toy. I had the lush 3 first. However I am almost positive mines defective.. I would love to give this a 5 star review. I’ve never encountered this issue with any of my other Lovense toys. My lush 4 just randomly goes off and won’t stop unless I turn it off and back on and/or disconnect and reconnect to the Lovense app. It happens 10+ times per stream if not way more.. I don’t actually count and it’s so frustrating..

This company has quality issues. We had purchased the Lush 3. Suddenly, it stopped charging. Purchased the Lush 4 as a replacement, and it was dead out of the box. Ultimately, since the product was dead on arrival and I contacted Amazon right away, they did issue a credit. (Thank you, Amazon) Now, there is more to the story. If you purchase directly from Lovense (not Amazon), they will offer a warranty replacement at a 55% discount. The catch is that the list price on the Lovense website is double the price on Amazon, and they have a standing “promotion” of 50% off the list price. To net it out, their highly discounted warranty-replacement offer is $5 off the Amazon price. That feels... not great. When all is said and done, Amazon helped where they could. Lovense, not so much. What sounded like a great warranty offer turned out to be less than compelling. You need to think twice before hitting that buy button. I should have read more of the reviews myself before buying.
