Perfect fit and worked great past 8 months with no issues. Easy install but may need to adjust propane line on RV to line up with inlet of water heater a few inches. Water lines no modifications needed, connect directly to it with no issues. Supplies hot water on demand, keeps up with full shower use. Has winter safety function to prevent freezing. I replaced my 10 gallon Atwood water heater. No new, direct replacement exists. I bought this companion door that mated perfectly https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C8C6B4X2?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 I had to modify my pex water lines because this new tankless water heater is so much smaller, and incidentally, lighter in weight. I was hoping that getting a tankless water heater would help in conserving water, but this water heater needs to sense a large amount of flow before it kicks on, even then it wastes even more water while it's heating it up. Honestly this has really let me down. You can't run the water at a low pressure and it be warm, because the heater doesn't sense the move water movement. The only thing this this saves is propane. Also it arrived misshapen due to shipping and was difficult to install to the door. Not only that the exhaust doesn't exactly reach out side the door, and the read o ring for the exhaust exit isn't the correct size for the hole in the door and was covering the exhaust. I will say when it does run for a bit, the water is warm, but as I mentioned, that's after wasting a lot of water. I don't recommend this product. ... show more

We're happy with its performance so far. It heats quickly and the temp does not fluctuate. It reaches 123 degrees F, but if its cold will take more time to get that hot, which I'm fine with. Overall, we're very happy with this purchase and have yet to be disappointed.

Install was a snap. The door comes with a bezel so if you have the older styler 15×18 opening it makes it look clean. I still added a 2x4 to help fill the hole behind the bezel. I also had to get 12v from my inverter as the wiring from the old heater didn't produce a constant 12v. A little pex and a few fittings and it immediately fired up and got hot water to my sink in about 3 seconds. Look forward to using it more. ... show more
