The package came with everything it said it would, the needles work perfectly (I was able to pierce my nostril, lip, and 4th with these needles) As for the jewelry, I wouldn't put in any new piercings but it's great for already healed piercings and for false ears to practice piercings. I do wish it had come with 18g needles as well, as I don't use the 12g but the 18g would have been much better for piercing my nostril. The false ears in my pictures has some of the jewelry that was included in the kit. It comes with a variety of jewelry sizes and designs. Oh, and wear the gloves if you're having a hard time unscrewing the balls off the jewelry, they can be a bit tough.

it has everything you need for a piercing! i’ve so far only used the 14g needles but otherwise the jewelry is good and definitely worth it. the needles were definitely very sharp, pierced through thick skin with ease, and depending on where you’re piercing, it doesn’t hurt all that bad! would definitely purchase again!

Overall good kit. My only problems are that there is no jewelry for dimple piercings and the spirals all go the same way so i had to bend it to make my snake bites look like vampire teeth. Sharp sturdy needles, strong clamps (they tend to lock up a bit tho), wide selection of nose jewelry. Could use a few more pairs of gloves and maybe some ear jewelry. Love that it comes with alcohol wipes and everything is labeled as sterile. This is just me being picky but i think it would also be good if a little facial anatomy chart came with it.

Great product! Would buy agian needles when in smooth and we're sharp enough just need to double check you're using the right size needle for the jewelry. Worked good and periceings look great! No infections or concerns so far.and great priceing. Durability is good on the needles. Jewelry is overall the right size. And comfort is good.
