I love it I hope it last. It heats up fast and no oil splatter. The only drawback is that all metal edges and corners are sharp. I gladly pay more if it were better terminated. A perfect unit would have no sharp edges and an oil drain valve for effortless oil release. For the price is recommended. I'll update in a month or two.

Was excited to see if this was better than my previous fryer which I still use. I ordered the single fryer and was happy to see it was bigger HOWEVER, the basket is extremely small and there’s a lot of space around the basket as a result. For my first fry I was only able to put 3 thighs in the basket so I fried it without the basket and it worked very well. Only issue again is the size of the basket. The temperature was good. The stainless steel is a bit flimsy so keep that in mind. I recommend this product especially if you like to fry.

This fryer was to replace a smaller one we have and couldn't be happier. It heats up VERY fast . Has a large capacity . The outside of the unit does take a while to cool off to the touch due to not have very good Insulation. Also I do have to store it wrapped in plastic if I leave any oil in it because the lid is not air tight but I'm OK with it . It has been one of the best fryers that we have gotten. And would recommend to any family that has a army of kids that are waiting for tater tots. Or fries.

I was excited to order and get this item - It arrived quicky. I unpacked it and was immediately concerned. The metal was extremely thin and flimsy. It was poorly packed and when I finally put it together (no instructions) - it felt really cheap. I filled with oil, the unit turned on and did heat up - the power light was on - the temp light was on - when it came to temperature, I put in my french fries. The unit made some popping noises and it cooled....I used my temp probe to check the temperature. Was set for 350 to make french fries. It was only 200deg. It kept popping, and not heating back up. I unplugged it and let it fully cool. I plugged it back in and the power light went on - but it would not heat up the oil - kept making popping noises. I unplugged it and requested a refund. I am actually relieved that I won't be using this unit - I am concerned that it is not a safe unit...fire hazard. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS UNIT OR THE OIL NEEDED TO FILL IT.

Incredible Heat Recovery: The 2500W element gets oil to temp quickly and recovers almost instantly after dropping a frozen batch of fries essential for keeping food crispy rather than greasy. Large Capacity: The 11.4QT tank is perfect for small businesses or large family gatherings, comfortably handling donuts, wings, or blooming onions.
