This fryer was to replace a smaller one we have and couldn't be happier. It heats up VERY fast . Has a large capacity . The outside of the unit does take a while to cool off to the touch due to not have very good Insulation. Also I do have to store it wrapped in plastic if I leave any oil in it because the lid is not air tight but I'm OK with it . It has been one of the best fryers that we have gotten. And would recommend to any family that has a army of kids that are waiting for tater tots. Or fries.

Amazing value for the price. The nearest competitor easily costs 2-4x the price of this product. Build quality is good for the price. It heats up quickly and maintains the heat throughout your cook. One thing to note is each fryer has its own plug. So this product requires 2x outlets to run both fryers at the same time. Depending on your wiring this will probably require 2 different outlets located on different breakers. Aside from that everything works great.

I bought this item to replace a smaller electronic display fryer that had a failed relay. This fryer came well packed and I liked the double bowl and dual controllers. Makes frying two different items easier. Pro's - The fryer dual controllers are analog which leaves fewer points of failure. Dual fryer bowls hold about 6 quarts each. Heating element covers helps prevent batter sticking to the coils. Con's - The stainless sheet metal for the fryer body, cover lids and heating elements are thiner than I expected. No carry handles and no easy lift lip to get out the fryer bowls. The fry basket handles are easy to assemble but flimsy. The heating controllers attach by slot and tab method and are not sturdy. The heating elements need to be compressed to install the covers. The fryer comes with rubber feet and I received the bolts but not the nuts to attach. Fortunately, I have my own supply of hardware so this wasn't an issue. There is not temperature gage and the control knobs are not calibrated. It comes with no assembly instructions. Overall, this is a very functional dual chamber fryer, nothing fancy. Set it up on a sturdy table and it heats oil fast. provide your own thermometer and you are set. Let it completely cool before any attempt at cleaning. I would provide 5 stars if the sheet metal were a little thicker and if it had assembly instructions.

This is by far the best deep fryer that I have ever owned. It heats up fast and maintains the temperature while frying. It has 2 large capacity fry baskets, for single basket use or double basket use. Easy to set up and clean up. My best experience has been the SUPERIOR Customer Service. If you have an issue, contact them and they will respond within one day, however from my experience they responded the same day. Address any complaints that you may have and they will resolve them immediately. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

UPDATE: I contacted seller about non-working fryer and with no problems, they sent a new one out that works perfectly!!! I love it and would buy from this seller anytime because of service. Thank you so very much. My family was impressed along with me. OLD REVIEW: I waited a few months before I used it and Now it says I can't return it. One side never worked and the other warmed up and said it was ready and when I put the food in it, which was fries, 15 minutes later they still were not done because that side wasn't working properly. So...neither side worked and now it's too late to return, but I will still be contacting the seller. Don't buy this.

Dissapointed. This thing is made from from very thin metal and the head unit attaches to base with two thin slide tabs. basket is small and when you attach basket to rail for oil to drain from food the food still touches the hot oil in back of basket even though oil is at proper level according to their mark. Also if you try to return it they will charge you $23.99 in shipping to send it back. Do not Buy!!!
