Fantastic air-fryer plus! I was searching for a countertop oven/air fryer that I could use on my patio. After an exhaustive search, I decided upon the EmLaExLa French door air fryer. This unit is exactly what I need. I've started baking my own bread, pies and cheesecakes and I am over the moon with how well this system works. It has numerous settings (for me, proofing and baking are key) and the large capacity oven allows for expansion of my bread. It has a built in light so I can view my creations easily. It comes with several different accoutrement including a crisping tray, a baking tray, a wire rack and a base for cooking meat (steaks, chops, etc). The easy to use dial makes cooking decisions a breeze or if you'd rather free style it, you can choose your own adventure. Very excited to see what I can bake next!

I was looking mainly for an air fryer but when I read how many different things I could do with this for just a little higher price than an air fried alone, I decided to give it a try. I also usually shy away from anything that is advertised on an infomercial but I found a YouTube video review that made me more comfortable with this brand since I could see it in use. I am so glad I chose this brand and model. Cooking: so far I have baked soft cookies for my pup and air fried fish nuggets for me. Both turned out amazing. The cookies were done in just over half the time of baking them in my oven. The fish was crispy on the outside but a little dry on the inside. Since this was my first time air frying Iโm pretty happy with the results. Getting my timing right will just take a little practice. Appearance: I just love the style and how well it fits in my kitchen. I like lots of counter space so I was planning to just keep this in the pantry and pull it out when I wanted to use it. However, after unpacking the oven and trying it in a few places, I found the perfect fit was in the corner. When cooking I just pull it out a few inches to give space between the walls and cabinet bottoms for safety. Works and looks great. Overall Quality: The oven isnโt too heavy but does feel sturdy. The French doors open and close together, which I like, and the grill that comes with it is pretty heavy and seems well made. Iโm pleased with the quality. Next Iโm going to try the bread recipe that was included.

I'm loving this air fryer! I searched and searched to find exactly what I "needed". I searched so much and for so long that I literally crossed my eyes and shut my brain down. LOL I HAD to buy the one that met my exact needs, because I wasn't returning one after another till I did find the right one. So, I weighed out my options...I wanted one that could cook more than one item at a time. I wanted one that would fit in my space, because I wasn't going to put it in a closet and only pull it our when I needed to use it. Because we all know how that works...it never comes out of the closet. I wanted one that had a basket, a shelf, a "hot plate/skillet" and most of all a rotisserie. Yeah baby!!! I wanted every function available to man/woman. Not to mention, I wanted to glass doors so I could see what was going on inside without pulling the basked out all the time. This one met EVERY one of my needs. It takes some getting used to, because I've never had an Air Fryer before. This one you can use a preset button or adjust you own time and temp. I love the fact that I can cook a small pizza in it without heating up my large oven! And the convenience of using this AF vs preheating my big oven, waiting for it to take 16 minutes to cook my small pizza and then heating up my whole kitchen while it's cooling down. Ugh! I turn the AF on, it takes a few minutes to heat up, my small pizza is done in half the time and it takes 1 minute to cool down and doesn't heat up my entire kitchen, is GREAT!!! I LOVE the convenience of cooking multiple items at the same time (for 2 people) in a fraction of the time as a conventional oven. It sits on my counter top, so I'm using it all the time now. I never cook burgers in a skillet, don't like the taste of it. I always gook my burgers on the grill, even during the winter. Wellllll, this winter was extra cold for a longer period of time with a lot of snow, so I didn't go outside to do much of anything, especially cook :-( So I tried the "skillet/grill" thingamajig and cooked my burgers on it. WOW, they came out almost as good as if I had cooked them on the grill outside. Yay. Next, I'll try a steak on that same surface. I'm glad I spent the extra money on this AF, it was well worth it. After all, it's an appliance that will get used a lot, so why not spend a couple of more bucks to get the best?! I don't like wasting money and time on products that I'm totally not impressed with. It's either all the way, or nothing at all. Go get yourself one, you'll be happy you did.

The first Emeril Lagasse fryer I bought had a defect on the right side of the oven. Upon returning it (I was allowed to have it picked up by UPS) I ordered another one after Amazon received the returned one, and have not been happier. I love the size which fits on my counter nicely. The toast, reheat, bake, roasting, grilling, rotisserie, formats have worked well and I yet have to try out the other features. Here are a few things you need to keep in mind with this fryer: the doors open outwards, in tandem, so you need to remember that there has to be enough room on either side so the doors can swing outwards. People complain that you can't set a plate down in front of the oven because of the door opening to get food out. But if you had a fryer where the door swung downwards, you wouldn't be able to put a plate down in front of it either. Just take the time to review what the fryer can and cannot do, and what features you want it to have so you'll know what to expect and not be disappointed. I love mine!
