My mom has had this for over a year now and she loves it. We ordered one for us but it was having issues, it would start on its own after we would be done cooking or it would just stop after 10 seconds. So we contacted customer service and they sent us a replacement, we sent the first one back. We already used the new one twice and so far so good. Great product and works very well. We don’t even use the bug oven in the kitchen anymore, this one is so convenient and heats up very fast.

Update: I’ve been using this oven for a couple months now for roasting, baking, broiling, air frying, and reheating. It is an outstanding oven that performs flawlessly every time. The oven heats evenly, so baked goods cook uniformly. Over the holidays I baked cookies, and since then enchiladas, cornbread, casseroles, sheet pan meals, hot wings, salmon, quesadillas, broiled sandwiches, etc. I love the amount of cooking space available and it doesn’t take up too much counter space. This is the best toaster oven I’ve owned. Absolutely love it! We purchased this oven to replace our Ninja Foodie flip-up air fryer/toaster oven which we’ve had for just over a year. We are full-time RVers and seldom bother to light and use the gas oven in our RV, so it’s very important to me that I have a good countertop oven. With limited space, I love that it doubles as an air fryer, too. We have a separate toaster because I’ve never been satisfied with the way a toaster oven toasts (sounds silly, but give me a pop-up toaster any day). I never liked our old oven because it’s not tall enough inside to cook in anything but a tray. It was also not heating properly and I was very disappointed with the results. It don’t heat properly and was too small to bake a cake or roast a whole chicken. I spent a lot of time researching other combination air fryer/ovens until I came upon this oven. I will update later, but I was very impressed with the cooking performance of my first meal - a sheet pan meal with Parmesan-crusted chicken breasts and broccoli. I baked it for 14 minutes at 425°, turning the broccoli half way through. The chicken was perfectly cooked - juicy inside with a golden brown, crusty topping. The broccoli had the right amount of char without being over or undercooked. I was amazed how much better it roasted than the old oven and I like the way the baking tray just slips into the slots on the side. This meal wasn’t very messy, so there wasn’t much splatter and there were no drips to clean. Today I’m baking cookies and tomorrow I’m air frying wings, so I will update after I’ve used it a few more times. We buy meal kits from Green Chef, and many of the recipes require baking. Since there are just two of us, this will definitely do the trick. This is a very preliminary review, but the positives include: roomy interior cooking space, easy to bake with a 9” square pan, pie pan, or 12” cookie sheet. Evenly heats and the temperature was consistent with a thermometer. It didn’t overheat the room and we keep a 4-6” space from walls. The interior light is bright. I like the double doors, but be sure there is enough space to fully open them so they don’t close on your hand - especially if it’s hot! There are many simple settings and it’s easy to adjust the temperature and time. I’m looking forward to experimenting more! The only negative so far is that it can’t accommodate the 12” pizza pan that worked with the old oven. This isn’t a problem because I’ve found frozen pizza is best when cooked on the wire rack instead of in a pan. We use our outdoor pizza oven for homemade pizza anyway. We will definitely stay on top of cleaning it after each use, wiping off splatters & drips that can smoke up the kitchen. It’s not likely we will use the rotisserie because I’m sure it would be very messy, but it’s going to be great for baking, roasting & air frying. More later after I’ve used this for a few months, but if you’ve been considering getting this while it’s on sale - go for it!

Boy do I love this oven. Been wanting one for a long time and just decided to get it. Was a little reluctant at first because I’ve never used an air fryer but since my husband and I have started using this one we use it everyday. Love how convenient and easy it is. Had a convection oven before but this does so much more. So glad we decided to get it. It has the French door feature and can use the rotisserie feature, bake, air fryer; etc. So many features I’m still learning. Just love it. Would recommend

Love this thing! Easy to use no Weird orders or little fires in the bottom comes with so Many accessories and different cooking modes. Cooks things great!! Literally perfect everytime . I did a lot of research before buying an air fryer, and this one was the best that I could find for the size and the price. I can tell you that it works very well for my needs. The size is roughly the same as a large microwave (although a bit taller), and it has a nice large area for cooking your meals. It cooks fast and has about as much noise as I'd expect from an air fryer (roughly the same amount of noise you'd have from a microwave). That being said, I have a few complaints that I'm not sure are related only to this model or not. The biggest one is the pre-heat feature on Air Fry mode. It does not pre-heat at all, so my first time trying to use that mode took a bit longer than usual because of how much colder air was inside the unit. I found that the best way to combat this is to start it on bake mode for the temperature you want, wait for it to preheat, and then stop it and switch it to air fry mode. Doing that keeps enjoy warmth inside that it keeps your cooking time about where the recipe indicates it should be. My next issue is the stupid alarm for when you should rotate your food to cook thoroughly. I don't know if this alarm is based on sensors, but the manual indicated that it's based on timing and should go off about halfway through your set cooking time. It doesn't. The stupid alarm sounds a random point, sometimes when there's 8 minutes left of a 22 minute cook time. I don't use it because I don't trust it. The unit also throws A LOT of heat behind it, so you want to keep it at least six inches away from any outlets (unless you want the outlet plates to melt). I was thankfully smart enough to do that but noticed it every time I went to unplug it (as I've read in some reviews the unit can turn itself on when not in use). Still, for the price and what it saves me in comparison to running my large electric range...I'm fairly happy with it. I use paper liners in it and the one tray as a drip pan so it keeps it very clean even when you're cooking some messy stuff. I use it pretty often, and I'm happy with it. I'm even happier that I didn't have to pay the $300 more to get the Ninja version (which, I discovered during my research, has a whole host of its own issues).

I’m so glad I bought this one! Perfect all in one. Overall, I gave it 5 stars because it does what I needed it to. However, there are some possible reasons why this wouldn’t be great for everyone… **Food** It made crispier chicken wings than any other air fryer we’ve tried! So far I’ve used it as a toaster oven, convection oven, and air fryer and have no complaints at all. It’s all come out amazing. **Rotisserie** the rotisserie feature gets the most complaints in the reviews. I have not used this, nor do I plan to. I agree with the reviews and do think it’s large enough for cuts of meat or chickens over 5lbs **Size** Measure the space you want it in first. It might be a little large for small apartments or homes with little counter space. It fit perfectly height wise, where our 10 year old XL Ninja large air fryer was, but it is a bit wider and sticks out a bit more. If I had a small space, I would use this instead of a toaster and air fryer. It’s also great as an extra convection oven to bake and broil. It can NOT replace a range top. It also smokes a little with greasy things like chicken wings. The built in fan works, but can’t completely keep up. It might set off fire alarms in small spaces. **Aesthetics** It’s a beautiful appliance and easy to clean. I would clean the racks after each use and wipe down the inside at least once a week. Don’t use soap unless you need to. Follow the instructions in the manual. **Ease of Use** I recommend reading the user manual thoroughly to get the best use out of it. It’s easy to use, but the little cookbook with it sucks. The manual has the best tips and usage instructions. **Safety** this appliance works just like a conventional oven. There’s nothing stopping the cooking process when the doors are open. It gets super hot and can smoke when cooking greasy food. It has a fan, but it’s important to pause the appliance before opening the doors. I actually wouldn’t get this if I had little kids who could reach the counter top, or young ones who aren’t responsible. The doors are easily opened with little to no effort, and both open at the same time. The doors are spring loaded and will slam shut if not opened all of the way. It wouldn’t cut anyone’s finger off, but it might hurt a little. It also gets hot all over the outside. Not enough for a serious burn, but hot enough to hurt little fingers.

I'm loving this air fryer! I searched and searched to find exactly what I "needed". I searched so much and for so long that I literally crossed my eyes and shut my brain down. LOL I HAD to buy the one that met my exact needs, because I wasn't returning one after another till I did find the right one. So, I weighed out my options...I wanted one that could cook more than one item at a time. I wanted one that would fit in my space, because I wasn't going to put it in a closet and only pull it our when I needed to use it. Because we all know how that works...it never comes out of the closet. I wanted one that had a basket, a shelf, a "hot plate/skillet" and most of all a rotisserie. Yeah baby!!! I wanted every function available to man/woman. Not to mention, I wanted to glass doors so I could see what was going on inside without pulling the basked out all the time. This one met EVERY one of my needs. It takes some getting used to, because I've never had an Air Fryer before. This one you can use a preset button or adjust you own time and temp. I love the fact that I can cook a small pizza in it without heating up my large oven! And the convenience of using this AF vs preheating my big oven, waiting for it to take 16 minutes to cook my small pizza and then heating up my whole kitchen while it's cooling down. Ugh! I turn the AF on, it takes a few minutes to heat up, my small pizza is done in half the time and it takes 1 minute to cool down and doesn't heat up my entire kitchen, is GREAT!!! I LOVE the convenience of cooking multiple items at the same time (for 2 people) in a fraction of the time as a conventional oven. It sits on my counter top, so I'm using it all the time now. I never cook burgers in a skillet, don't like the taste of it. I always gook my burgers on the grill, even during the winter. Wellllll, this winter was extra cold for a longer period of time with a lot of snow, so I didn't go outside to do much of anything, especially cook :-( So I tried the "skillet/grill" thingamajig and cooked my burgers on it. WOW, they came out almost as good as if I had cooked them on the grill outside. Yay. Next, I'll try a steak on that same surface. I'm glad I spent the extra money on this AF, it was well worth it. After all, it's an appliance that will get used a lot, so why not spend a couple of more bucks to get the best?! I don't like wasting money and time on products that I'm totally not impressed with. It's either all the way, or nothing at all. Go get yourself one, you'll be happy you did.

Overall, I like this oven and I’ve had it for quite some time now so this is an update. No real flaws and nice stainless steel enclosure. I have two little dings. One is the light inside does not stay on very long. It goes on and often just a few moments. Two the French doors are nice, but if you just take one hand and close one door, they both slam very quickly. You will learn that you have to close the French doors very slowly otherwise they will slam. Oh, and number three it is very difficult to clean inside, particularly the back and the sides. It doesn’t seem to be stain resistant so it’s very difficult to clean. But still a recommended product.
