  • Great size and function
Size: 12 quarts Color: Black
This is a great air fryer. I’ve had it for about six months and use it almost daily. It is a good size and I love the fact it has a door and racks instead of a basket like most other air fryers. I’ve never used the rotisserie function, so can’t speak to that. For everything else, it is the best air fryer I’ve ever owned or used. It offers plenty of functionality. I bought magnetic cooking guides along with this to put on my frig. I use foil or parchment lining on the trays for many foods. I would say it is an absolute must do for softer meats like chicken. Otherwise it will make a bit of a mess and the chicken will “sink” into the wire mesh of the rack. It is not difficult to clean but why bother when a quick liner will just outright prevent it in the first place? I just can’t imagine life in the kitchen without this anymore. Easy 5*. I would buy this again and gladly recommend to anyone. ... show more

  • Excellent!
Size: 10 quarts Color: Black
Excellent! Does cook faster than our previous one so it took a little adjusting. But we love it! Easy to use, love all the features. And plenty of room.

  • Perfect Size, Love The Three Cooking Racks, A Definite Good Buy!
Size: 12 quarts Color: Black
I just received this Chefman 6 in 1 Air-fryer earlier today. I've cooked a ton of bacon in it earlier and am now dehydrating banana slices and grapes. It's a bit early to have a definitive opinion, but I did want to share some first impressions. THE GOOD: - In other reviews I noted some who observed that the temperature up/down button increments in 10 degree steps. I assume their device was a generation older than mine as mine increments in 5 degrees steps. Nice! - I also noted in other reviews comments that the wire cooking racks are flimsy and that the wire mesh was so sharp it could cut your hand. After cooking bacon, the wire cooking racks had quite a bit of cooked on food product. Briefly soaking the racks in warm soapy water and using a stiff dish washing brush cleaned these up like new. - One or more reviewers mentioned that in spite of the drip pan, drips got past it and to the bottom of the device. I just simultaneously cooked three racks of bacon and not a drip of grease got past the drip tray. - Temp only goes to 400, but there's an option to kick it up to 450 to crisp at the end of your cooking. Nice! - Oven light is nice. THE NOT AS GOOD - The flip light used to tell you to flip fries and such just illuminates, no sound. This needs to be an audible sound. - Venting to back instead of sides. The manual states the air fryer only needs to be 2" away from the wall. I found that at 400 degrees and cooking for 15 minutes that the unit shut down on its own several times. I had to pull the air fryer away from the wall 6" to keep it from shutting down. I assume the auto shut down was because of an overheat condition, but there was no message that indicated this. If my opinion changes, I'll update, but I'd definitely rate this a great buy! UPDATE 07/28/2025: We've used this air fryer now for several weeks. First, I really do like the appearance of this device over a larger stainless air fryer I bought before this one. I really like the technical aspects of this air fryer. I saw on previous versions of this same fryer people complained about the lack of temperature controls because each step up in temperature on prior versions was in 10 degree increments. My device steps up in 5 degree increments. Also, people complained about the obnoxiously loud beeper that sounds when your food is done. This device has an appropriately loud beeper that doesn't both me at all. And though my prior air fryer was of the basket variety and my wife still preferred that format, this one has three heavier wire shelves that work fine. Cleaning is a little more difficult and while I normally hand wash our dishware, so far with a little presoak I've been able to with elbow grease get these clean. The only disappointment I've had so far is with the evenness of the temperature distribution. I wrongly assumed that the fans would more evenly distribute the temperature so flipping food wouldn't be required as much. But this cooks hot on one side more than the other, so you do have to pay attention when cooking and flip at least once through the cooking cycle. And by the way, with three racks I have at least double the space to cook things as I had with the old basket style fryer. If in the future I need to replace this device, I'd definitely consider this one... ... show more

  • Good for 2 years
Size: 10 quarts Color: Black
No complaints other than it only lasted 23 months. I used it 1-3 times a week. It has wire mesh racks that are great for making beef jerky. Fish, chicken, steak, fries, small pizzas all came out great. Started making noises a couple of months ago. Today I started cooking and the noise was noticably different. In a couple of minutes, it had an electronic burning smell and the unit shut off. Unplugged and plugged back in - nothing - dead. ... show more

  • Great Convection Oven/Air Fryer that fits well in a small space
Size: 10 quarts Color: Black
I purchased this air fryer convection oven after running into some limitations with the air fryer lid that I was using with my Instant Pot. Most notably that in order to make sure food was evenly cooked you had to remove the entire top and then take the pot out to shake/toss the food to make sure it was flipped. This is not an issue with this air fryer with the various foods I have tried so far with this particular unit. Even if I do have to flip the food over it's much easier to open up the door and pull out the tray to flip the food than I previously had to deal with the Instant Pot. The unit warms up quickly and cooks pretty much everything I've thrown at it evenly in a reasonable amount of time. I've cooked fish, bacon, french fries, chicken breasts, hamburgers, and more without issue. The presets generally work well for the foods that they cover, some do require tweaking depending on the portion size you're putting in but that's to be expected. I haven't used the rotisserie function yet but I look forward to using it as there are several dishes that work better when rotisserie is an option. The light in the unit is a nice extra to have to check on the food as it's cooking. To address some of the issues that I've seen brought up in other reviews: * The trays that the unit comes with are a relatively fine mesh. I've seen some purchasers stating that they were rather sharp. The trays that I received with the unit are not sharp in the slightest and clean very easily with just a bit of soap and water. * Some users stated that there was an odd smell when the unit was in use. I ran the unit for 15 minutes at 400 degrees as instructed when I first received the unit. That was the only time I detected a very faint chemical smell. I have not detected any smells coming from the unit other than the food I'm cooking. * I have not had any shutdown issues with this unit at all. The unit is roughly 1 foot away from the wall on the counter it's sitting on and that seems to be more than enough clearance for heat to escape If you're looking for an air fryer/convection oven that doesn't take up a lot of space but fits a surprisingly large amount of food in it this one is definitely worth considering. ... show more

  • Do not buy! Read update, should be recalled
Size: 10 quarts Color: Black
Update: ok so several months later, I finally got tired of the fact that we could never get the dang unit to reset and turn off after it finished cooking. It would just remain with the light inside off not running but with the display lights on and set to 400 for 15 minutes and never turn off. This meant that if a child simply pressed the start button without anything else it would start cooking, at 400 for 15 minutes and there was no way to turn off without unplugging it. I emailed the company asking what I could do to turn it off and it took them 2 and a half months to get back to me. I emailed them in March 19 and they got back to me June 3rd!!! So, does this mean they are understaffed and only have one person answering all the questions/ issues? Does this mean they have so many people contacting them with issues that they can't keep up? After the issues we have had, I think it's the latter. So, after emailing them and them actually getting back to me we started having issues with mid cooking it would literally stop, MID COOKING and completely turn off for a few seconds and then turn back on and regardless of how many minutes were left in the cooking, or the temp we set it to, it would revert back to 400 degrees and 15 minutes and will not allow you to change the temp or the time back to what it was set to prior to it shutting off unless you open the door. Then you can reset it, however, it will not turn off, as in keeps cooking and wont stop even after the cooking time is done!!! Until you unplug it. This is sooo dangerous. I emailed them and it has been 2 days and still haven't heard back. This should be recalled, someone's house is going to burn down because some kid is home after school by themselves trying to make pizza rolls and it pulls this crap and they cant get it to turn off. Seriously don't buy! ****** First review This is one of my least liked purchases of the past several months. So dissapointed. First of all the stop/clear button does not stop or clear anything it literally does not work. What this means is when you are finished cooking something if the time has not completely run out it will sit there with time still left on the air fryer until it automatically turns itself off. There is no way to turn it off without unplugging it. Dangerous! This leaves it open for kiddos easily turning it on again with just a push of the start button. In addition the trays that come with it do not fit well or slide well into the air fryer you have 2 kind of cram them in and they scrape along the sides. And last but certainly not least and most annoying of all the part that it comes with to take the grill baskets out of the air fryer are absolutely horribly made and have left both my husband and I with burns on our hands because they cause the basket to tip when sliding the basket out of the airfryer, which causes the basket to tip onto your hand holding onto the tool. I cannot tell you how many times we have both gotten burned from this dang thing! So frustrating! Even if you tried to pull the basket out with nothing in it while it is hot, you would still end up tipping the basket, trying to take it out and burn yourself. If you have kids, don't buy this. This is am absolute accident waiting to happen! ... show more

  • I really like this thing.
Size: 6.3 quarts Color: Black
Everyone kept telling me they love their air fryer, so I wanted one. I became obsessed with finding the perfect one for me so after a month I settled on this one. First thing I made was berry crisp, threw the stuff together in a couple single serve bake dishes, set it to 350 for 40 minutes and it was perfect. No preheating, no heating the entire apartment, just perfect crisp. There were several complaints from other buyers who said there were missing pieces or their units didn't work, or initially worked and then stopped working. Mine came very well packaged, no damage, all parts included, so I have no complaints there but I understand if maybe some sellers are less thorough or trustworthy in regards to the products they provide. Some complained that it was loud. This is the most quiet kitchen appliance I have ever purchased, it makes less noise than my microwave. Also, I'm not quite sure why people complain that the drip tray isn't large enough, it's literally the same dimensions as the bottom of the unit, so any spill-over should land on the tray unless you're filling this unit over capacity somehow, not sure how that is possible. I also want to mention that although heat did radiate from the unit immediately around it, it did not heat up my kitchen and it stayed warm to the touch but it wasn't hot so despite baking for 40 minutes I was able to open the oven door with my bare hands. . . Anyway, I'm very happy, so far. This is only day one so I will come back and update. ***Update*** Sept. 25. . . 2 months after purchase: I’m still in-love with this item. No electrical issues, whatsoever. Looks like others have had theirs just outright die after working perfectly the first few days or month. Thankfully, that is not the case with mine. Others also reported the door not shutting properly or at all. This, too, has not been an issue. I’ve basically used this item every other day since it arrived. The only thing I will say is that there is definitely room for improvement. But, I’m just not picky enough to care, I am content in my complacency. For those of you who do care about such details: The temp is set in increments of 10 degrees, 5 would be better. Also, if you decide to stop cooking sooner than the time you’ve set it for, the unit never turns off like it would if the timer completed and it’s “finished.” There is no “clear” or reset button or even an on/off button, so if it bothers you that the screen doesn’t power down and displays the minutes remaining until you decide to use it again then you’re forced to just unplug the unit and plug it back in. And when the timer is done the “BEEP” is very loud and it will beep 5 times, no matter what, it will not be silenced until it has completed its beeps. But there is actually an updated model of this item so these features might be improved (although I have no idea) but it might be worth checking that newer model out if these would be issues for you. **8 month update** The plastic on the handle has cracked, but it does not interfere with the functionality and I am still in love. ** 2.5 year update, Jan 2024** Still works with consistent use! ... show more
