We’ve waited years to find a good air fryer. We’ve done so much research and investigated all the brands from store to the products usage over time. I was surprised that this Emeril endorsed air fryer was top of the list! Typically I don’t trust products in the mechanical side such as kitchenware to a celebrity endorsement. In my experience they are awful! But this has been so cool to have-we’ve become teenagers having fun seeing what we can cook or reheat just to see how well it does! According to the information it is an energy efficient product better than others. While it’s “air frying” , I understand that a big complaint from consumers is the noise during use. But this one - while having the necessary level of noise any machine would have while cooking - is lower than I had thought! Thats a huge plus! Our daughter-in-laws beeps, tones, etc all during its use. While staying there, it drive us crazy! Oh my gif! Let me tell you about how good the food tastes when it’s done!! I put some French fries that had gone cold in the car before I was able to eat them. Rather than be pissed off, I was excited to test the air fryer setting that can make these lifeless French fries back to how they were previously: fresh and crunchy. Let me tell you: they were not only revived to have that satisfying crunch but the flavor was just so good!! It brought back the soggy fries and dried up the sogginess while making it so much better than before! I’m addicted to experimenting with this machine! Love, LOVE it! ... show more

Im glad I got the French door design! I can cook on both sides or just turn on 1. I live in Florida, & hate to run a huge oven, saving energy & $. . I CAN DO EVERYTHING WITH THIS AND LOVE THE ROTISSERIE AND AIR FRY THE MOST. It's just me eating most of the time & I use the rotisserie to cook my dogs food for the week , while Im cooking a casserole myself in the other side ! It heats quickly, cuts down time, quality made! IT DOES NOT GET HOT TO THE TOUCH ON OUTSIDE, very easy to clean, SO QUIET! The recipe book has helped me with meat pounds cook time, everything comes out perfect! I save energy, time & living alone it's so easy & convenient, I cut recipes in half & eat like I did when fed a family ! No trouble at all auto shut off . Wish I could remove my oven because with 2 burns & this thing , I will never need a stove again! I think I'll have 2 cabinets put in, buy 2 countertop burners and give this electric stove & 4 burns away! My kitchen NEVER heats up now while im cooking ! ... show more

It is a nice air/oven, and it has separate operations for oven, air fryer, rotisserie grill. This one was cheaper because it was considered damaged, but it came in perfect shape, not a scratch, everything works. This oven is not intuitive to use. Even reading all directions, I found it difficult to set temperatures, to set oven temps to say 350 instead of 375 and had burned cookies. It is a good size for my small 1 bedroom apt with barely big enough kitchen. Cleaning can be difficult if you have pain in shoulders like I do, but it's doable depending on what you are cooking. The messier or stickier the longer it takes to clean and should be cleaned as soon as possible after cool down. I haven't used it yet for long cooking times but for 10 to 30 minutes the outside doesn't get too hot. Haven't used air fryer but toast comes out just right crispness, and for some odd reason it tastes better than from a toaster. If I had realized how hard it would be use the settings would I have bought it? I've debated returning it, but I made the best sirloin steak I've ever made, even with my daughter and I struggling with time and temperatures, I'm 80 so I called her for help. It makes a difference to have a grill at eye level. You won't fit a regular 9x13 cake pan in it, not if it has little ends on it for sure. Back issues with bending made me buy it. I prefer baking to other ways of cooking. A couple inches taller would have been nice as well as roomier, but I have an open island counter. I'm still learning but I like it and love the French doors. So much easier to for putting things in and out. ... show more
