I love this! I was fortunate this summer to find hen of the woods mushrooms on our property. I had not tried the dehydrator yet, but wow! So easy. Turn it on, set it to dehydrate, hit start! Ok, so this thing is a big as a microwave, but it is amazing! Air frying is the way to go. It's so much healthier. It also bakes perfectly if you just want to make a cake or lasagna, etc. I love that is has dual zones so you can cook one thing at one temp and at the same time, use the other side to make something else. This air fryer oven is the easiest and fastest oven I have ever used. The food comes out perfect and there are so many different settings. The air fryer setting is great my French fries came out nice and crispy, my chicken wings came out nice and crunchy! I tried the the toaster setting and my bagel was nice perfectly toasted no burnt edges and I used a Lenders bagel which is a bigger bagel. I’m excited about this oven!!!     • Wonderful but hard to clean

I bought my Emeril Dual zone so that I could make things quicker and the sync feature helps the 2 zones to end at the same time. We use it daily. Biscuits, Wings, Nachos, Anything you cook in an oven, is easier and quicker in the Emeril. It's also easy to cook a complete meal for 2 all at the same time. The only con I have about the air fryer is that it is ridiculously hard to clean. So much of it is not non stick. Some parts you can put parchment paper on or aluminum foil but under the elements, which is where the drip pan goes. So anything that spatters or drips is on your elements. How do you clean them?... with great difficulty. It's hard enough to clean that I am considering NOT buying the pasta maker because I'm afraid it will be just another long chore. I use my Emeril daily, most days at least twice. I wipe & rinse, soak trays in Dawn, I try to keep it clean. It is impossible even with my chain mail covered sponge. Don't get me wrong, I'm not sending it back. I love it and would be lost without it. But I won't rotisserie in it due to the envisioned mess. I bought this airfryer because of the dual zone. But I got so much more. I use it a ton already and absolutely love it. I don't think it is noisy at all. Love that it will beep for preheat and when it is done. The quality of this airfryer is pretty good. It has many functions. It is awesome that you can bake on one side and airfryer on the other. The pans you get all work pretty well. I did buy extras. They seem too not burn stuff. There are some negatives but not alot. One is when you use the rotisserie function you have to clean it afterwards. It is a design problem. The juices go on the elements because they are above the drip tray. One other negative is finding pans that fit. But they are out there. Overall I give it a solid 9 out of 10 ... show more

    • Works So Good - Easy to Work, Revives Leftovers to Taste Brand New & Addictive to Use!

We’ve waited years to find a good air fryer. We’ve done so much research and investigated all the brands from store to the products usage over time. I was surprised that this Emeril endorsed air fryer was top of the list! Typically I don’t trust products in the mechanical side such as kitchenware to a celebrity endorsement. In my experience they are awful! But this has been so cool to have-we’ve become teenagers having fun seeing what we can cook or reheat just to see how well it does! According to the information it is an energy efficient product better than others. While it’s “air frying” , I understand that a big complaint from consumers is the noise during use. But this one - while having the necessary level of noise any machine would have while cooking - is lower than I had thought! Thats a huge plus! Our daughter-in-laws beeps, tones, etc all during its use. While staying there, it drive us crazy! Oh my gif! Let me tell you about how good the food tastes when it’s done!! I put some French fries that had gone cold in the car before I was able to eat them. Rather than be pissed off, I was excited to test the air fryer setting that can make these lifeless French fries back to how they were previously: fresh and crunchy. Let me tell you: they were not only revived to have that satisfying crunch but the flavor was just so good!! It brought back the soggy fries and dried up the sogginess while making it so much better than before! I’m addicted to experimenting with this machine! Love, LOVE it! ... show more

Have had this since Dec '24. Overall we like it. Like the dual zone, not so much for cooking two things on different settings, but for only using one side when we don't need the whole oven. We mostly use it for reheating items, but have also cooked chicken breasts and even tried a steak, which the grilling mode wasn't too impressive. NOTE: The biggest negative I found (thus the 4 stars instead of 5) is the air fryer setting isn't as good as our old air fryer. Our basket air fryer used to get things much crispier and seemed to be quicker. I've played around with temps and even try using other settings, but can't seem to get the crispiness we got with our basket air fryer. All in all, it's a nice appliance and we would buy again. ... show more
