Let’s get the few negatives over with first because there are more positives. It was a rough start with the first one arriving dented, but immediately bought another and returned the first. As stated in other reviews, it came with the pizza stone but not the large air fry basket but I bought a third party one for $20 that fits perfectly. Now, let me counter some of the bad reviews I read: 1. Yes, you can choose any temperature beyond the presets. You just push the knob and turn it. 2. Yes, it shuts off on its own after a cool down period. 3. The doors on this model do not snap shut if it’s not opened all the way causing any danger. I haven’t used the rotisserie yet. But using it daily for the last 2 weeks, I roasted, baked, toasted, and air fried various foods. The air fryer and toaster take a little longer than my self-contained toaster and air fryer. I may have to learn to adjust the temperature to compensate for the distance from the heating elements. But it preheats much faster than my kitchen oven! Everything we made, so far, came out delicious. The two zones are very convenient and quite amazing. Lots of room on each side! I haven’t even needed to use the single zone yet, but cooking for two. I still haven’t figured out what the difference is between this model with the pizza stone for almost $100 less than the model with the large air fryer basket. Has anyone else figured it out?

this thing is the bomb, and i can’t believe we waited 2 yrs to get it! we live in a basement (last 2 yrs) and are using our laundry room as a make shift kitchen. no stove. we have an electric skillet, an instant pot, and a slow cooker to stand in as burners, but no oven. prime day had a great deal and it arrived in 2 days. we are baking (!!!!!) roasting veggies (!!!!!) and literally using it every single day. NOTE: other reviews mentioned that it gets hot to the touch while using. i noticed that the sides are still pretty cool, did not burn me to touch them for lengthy amt of time, and the back top and doors are where the heat is. still, it’s just like an oven door when you’re using the oven: do you put your hand on it and expect it not to be kinda hot? no. so we’ve had no issues or problems with the heat. as far as counter space goes, we pull it to the front of the counter and use it like that. then when it’s done and off, we let it cool for maybe 15 min and then push it back to the back of the counter. it’s perfect. there is a slim cookbook that comes with it, which i guess i didn’t realize so i purchased one. that included cookbook has been ideal. we roast veggies a lot, and we looked thru the cookbook and found the temps and times for squash, potatoes, carrots brussels et al. they are all part of other recipes, so look at recipes and you will find the info. we have used the air fryer function (you chose which function on the big dial on the front), the bake function, and both were fantastic. we are using this as one oven, without the divider. we installed the larger sheet pan on the bottom, right above the element, to protect it from grease and droppings, and then put the large wire rack on top of that. GENIUS. we purchased a 6 muffin tin bc hello we don’t need to be making 12 muffins at a time bc we will only eat them. however, our old 12 muffin tin fits just fine. we are also using muffin cup inserts and no issues. mention this bc i was concerned: would the paper muffin inserts start on fire in that small oven? nope, it’s literally an actual stove oven on everything we’ve made. even has an automatic preheat function. so far we’ve made egg cups for breakfast (there is not a recipe in the included cookbook—we googled egg cups to find the time / temp and they were great), roasted veggies, corn muffins, yorkshire pudding, trying to roast salmon for din tonight. all in all, a genius little counter top oven, controls are easy to use, it’s out of the box just wonderful. it even looks great. why are you still here reading this? go buy it.

I already have the regular 360 and use it for almost everything, so decided to purchase this for the beach house. It really does air fry, roast, bake, and I’ve even dehydrated my own oranges for cocktails! I can’t wait to try this one with the pizza stone. It takes up a bit of space on the countertop as my kitchen is small, but if I don’t have to turn my oven on when it’s 90 degrees out, I really don’t care. This is well worth the price so buy one, you won’t regret it! My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because it did not include the XL fry basket. It even shows it as parts of the contents and in the book included. Not sure why it wasn’t included in the box. Now I’ll have to purchase separately which is another $35 so that’s a bummer!

Well made product. Saves me a lot of time and energy in the kitchen. I always hated having to preheat and cook using my large oven for small dishes. It not only took longer to cook but that I also was using a 60 amp 220 volt appliance to cook small servings. Now my oven is available for large things like a Turkey for Thanksgiving while using this Emeril Lagasse Duel 360 for the side dishes during holiday cooking and everyday use for meal preparation. I ordered most additional accessories also for baking and the cutting board for the top prevents me from accidentally cooking with something placed on top that could present a fire hazard or melt and damage the unit. Its a useful surface even as a cutting board. Highly recommend this unit with accessories for increasing its versatility that will pay for itself in energy and time savings. I like the options provided with the dual feature since we are a small household it allows for just the right serving size and accommodates multiple cooking options and with the divider being removable allows for larger portions as well. Love it.

I waited to update until I used all the functions. I am very happy with this purchase. I never used an air fryer before and absolutely love it. The single and dual zone offer a lot of different assortments of food. The cleaning is easy in this. I clean it every time I use it and have not encountered any issues like other reviewers mention. I bought some liners to make it even easier on myself. The screen and features are easy to use. Overall I love this purchase. It's made cooking a breeze.

Optimistic Does what they claim it can do. Very satisfied with mine although I was cautiously about it being damaged during shipment, I’ve seen delivery people be very abusive (throwing, dropping) delivering packages. My box did have a crushed in area which caused me to wonder what happened. Was it an accident or on purpose. So far no problems with my cooker.

This combo oven/air fryer covers it all. I actually don't use my oven anymore. This appliance does it all from morning toast to evening dinner. It comes with a separator, which you place in the middle of the oven, so if you want a smaller cooking area or want to utilize both sides for different cooking functions, BAM, you've got it. Besides toasting, it is an air fryer, roasts, broils, bakes, grills, reheats, keeps warm, dehydrates, slow cooks, cooks pizza, and is a rotisserie. Who needs anything else??? It cleans beautifully since everything can be removed, and it sits on the counter!
