I have purchased several of these hoses. I genuinely like them. Two recent ones failed and started leaking. I contacted the company through an unusual email address found on a small piece of paper. After multiple emails, I stopped trying. They ask for proof of purchase and order numbers. No problem providing. The next several email requests were for pictures and videos to help them improve quality. I complied only to be asked for more pictures and videos. I stopped. When the hoses work, they are great. Do not rely on customer service if they fail.

This hose is really nice because it is really lightweight and doesn’t kink. We’ve purchased 2 and no problems with the hose, but the attachment broke on one the first time we used it.

Junk. This thing must not be made to any standards. Flat face is completely missing and make end is sharp cutting into washers and ruining them if tightened too much. Female end leaks drips after tightening with multiple washers. Almost as if something is off on the threads. Beauty nuts covering ends of steel come loose and are and tightened. You need to add your own cyanoacrylate there.

I just needed a new short hose to run from spigot to hose reel. I did want to move it if necessary so I opted for 8’ length. Old hose always sprayed at spigot connection no matter what I did with gaskets and so forth. Plus the old hose had a long crack that sprayed too. Put this new hose on and no showers! Plus it was easier to screw onto spigot. So far so good! We’ll see about the durability, but I am liking so far!
