I absolutely love this air fryer! I really enjoy having two individually controlled baskets so I can cook two different items at the same time vs doing one after the other. My favorite feature is being able to cook meats to temp using the temperature probe. I use this very often to reverse sear steaks and pork chops but I also use it to get perfectly cooked salmon and chicken. It's easy to use and easy to clean. Definitely worth the buy if you have the counter space ... show more

My wife purchased this Ninja air fryer for me as a gift and I absolutely love it! It’s great that it is a dual basket, allowing me to cook a number of items at different temperatures. It amazes me how many function this air fryer has (air fry, bake, roast, reheat, air broil, and dehydrate). The fryer itself is really easy to clean. It has a meat probe which allows you to cook meat to the perfect temperature. I would recommend getting some sort of liner for the baskets to make clean up even easier. The probe itself is hidden away in a little compartment on the side so it out of the way when it’s not in use. Now it is kind of pricey but in my opinion this air fryer is well worth it, I honestly have not used a better air fryer! ... show more

I have yet to find a complaint. I resisted an air fryer for years as too gimmicky to fool with as I have two convection ovens. I have utilized all or nearly all of the functions of this oven - as I seem to use it practically every day. There are so many advantages. The removable parts of this oven get sparkling clean on the top rack of the dishwasher. I am actually surprised at how quiet it really is - not obtrusive at all. It gets very hot, very quickly, and especially with a Prime Day deal, the price was excellent. The dual zones are great - protein in one side, veggies in the other, different temps, different times, and synchronized completion times - what's not to love. I have some much regret about this product; so much regret that I didn't buy it sooner. My kids are in the age group where they love dino-nuggies, this little device has cut time down drastically and has been able to consistently deliver the same quality of crispy food that my kids love. It's crazy how easy it is to use as well. Having both bins makes it simple to make two different items at the same time as well! So if you have picky eaters, like I do, having two things made up in the same timeline makes everyone happy. This also helps speed up meal prepping. The only thing you need to be careful about, and what others have advised me of is the possible chipping of the bins. You have to be really careful with them otherwise they are supper easy to damage (and in my mind is the biggest drawback.) I don't think after having the dual chamber I'd ever want a different kind of air fryer. Thanks Ninja! ... show more

The dual independent baskets are incredibly convenient — being able to cook two different foods at the same time, at different temperatures, is a huge time-saver. The Smart Finish and Match Cook features work really well, especially when making full meals without everything getting cold. The built-in thermometer is a great addition too; it takes the guesswork out of cooking meat and helps get perfect doneness. The 10-quart size is ideal for a family, and everything comes out evenly cooked and flavorful. Clean-up has been easy so far, and the unit feels solid and well built. So we got an air fryer when they first came out, like everyone. They were only offered in one basket at that time. We found that we used it way more than we thought we would. I had seen the two basket air fryers and figured maybe one day we'll switch. Well, this one was at an insane price and I grabbed it along with the appropriate basket liners. We use this one so much, we have it out on the counter all the time. It's easy to use, works GREAT and it has a match cooking feature so your food comes out together at the same time, even though they are at different temperatures and times. It is noisy, but they all are and this is no louder than any other. We absolutely love this air fryer. There isn't a preheat like our other one had, so we just set the temperature needed for a few minutes prior to putting our food in. With the liners, there is no clean up.
