Needs Actual Lift Hooks For Drip Pans

I love this product. I’ll be using it everyday. The issue I have is it needs an actual hook on the drip pans when removing for clean up. Once these drip pans are placed in the heating trays, they’re snugged. A hook that can be moved from side to side would enable the drip pans to be gripped and removed with ease. I’m open for any other suggestions for removing the drip pans with ease. I love the fact that I can prepare a full meal in this product without all the extra pots and pans. The time in which it takes to cook and place on the table is great. I’m able to season my food the same as if cooking on my stove. No adjustments needed. The food is actually cooked throughly and taste great. The price I paid for the product was very reasonable. It was very easy to figure out cooking temperatures and cooking times with the instruction booklet. Being able to pause/start and check the food is a great feature. Having all the different cooking features, Air Frying, roasting, baking, Air broiling and dehydrating is a plus. Options! I have a great space for it and I’m glad that it’s not huge and taking too much counter space.

Great product but beware dishwashing of baskets - handles can lose finish and turn color

Upgraded to this version after using a single-basket air fryer, and love the dual baskets with the smart feature to allow all food to finish cooking at the same time. Downside: the user manual states that the baskets are dishwasher-safe, but after one wash, the finish on the handles began to chip off - one basket handle turning black, the other white. Subsequently, we hand-washed everything without abrasives, but the handle-chipping continued once it started. We've since seen the reviews on non-Amazon websites, and because we went beyond Amazon's return date, we contacted Ninja, and we are now awaiting free replacement baskets. Ninja provided great customer service and made the process very easy. However, only 4 stars for this product. The baskets are NOT dishwasher-safe (the inserts in the bottom are, so far!). Other things to note - using parchment liners in the baskets helps a great deal with cleanup (especially since now washing the baskets by hand!). There is a learning curve with the machine in general, but for most part, food items are turning out delicious, without use of much oil, and the advantage of not using a full-size oven. A great machine for cooking for two or three, and for side-dishes if cooking for more people.

LOVE this air fryer. You can cook absolutely everything in it. Vegetables roast perfectly every time and so fast. Much better than using the big oven. Doesn't heat up the kitchen and saves energy. Cleans up easy in dishwasher.

Ninja products are amazing. This is my second Ninja air fryer. This one is replacing my worn out one. The Ninja air fryer is so versatile I use it at every meal. I cook everything in my air fryer. I use it every day. I cook breakfast foods, lunch foods, dinner foods and snacks. It can be used for every meal. Your food cooks fast, food taste great. Most important low fat to no fat cooking, very healthy. Worth the purchase. The different settings cover a variety of food items. Buy a Ninja air fryer. I have also gifted the Ninja and got great compliments.
