I love this air fryer! It works very well and everything we have cooked in it comes out perfectly. I like the stainless exterior and the amount it can cook at one time is great too! Food cooks fast and even and comes out crispy and less greasy than other methods. It doesn’t smell funky while cooking at all and I have never had any issues with it. This is great for larger families that need to cook larger amounts of things like French fries. The only thing we have had go wrong is that lighter things like pepperonis on English muffin pizzas did blow around in there while cooking, but it wasn’t an issue we just put them back on when they were done. I like that the top of the fryer doesn’t get hot when it’s cooking so no accidentally burning yourself on there. It’s also Very easy to clean and I really appreciate that!

This review will not be complete because I have not yet cooked with the air fryer. I bought it to replace the one I have struggled with for years which frankly did more things than I needed and took a lot of time and energy to figure it out. If I want toast, I'll use my toaster. For the price I paid for that machine. I didn't expect the trays that came with it to react to the food and look disgusting and battered after one or two uses and the company would do nothing about it. I have a lot of appliances by that company, and I am slowly finding out that brand name does not mean good customer service or an exemplary machine. It was not the greatest device as for the price and brand name. I expected a lot better. This new air fryer is very sturdy looking and came well packed on time. I watched it as directed and I'm waiting to order some food that I can cook in it. I have read the manual which is very straightforward and it seems that this will be exactly what I wanted: a sturdy uncomplicated machine that will hold a whole small chicken. Is that too much to ask? It is very attractive , sleek, and does not take up a lot of counter space. The basket slides in and out easily and it will be interesting to see how easy the machine works and how well it cooks the food. Stay tuned. THIS is a good, Basic machine that does exactly what you tell it to do without all the fancy trappings that I don't need. I followed the instructions for chicken wings, and they turned out perfect. Once the machine cooled down, it was very easy to wash out the basket. It takes up much less room on my counter yet the basket capacity is larger and I can put a whole Cornish hen in it. This is obviously the appliance for me, and I am very pleased with it so far.

Takes the same time as it does to cook some things in the oven, but dosent heat up the house. It is a healthier way to fry do to the fact that you aren't using pas much oil if you use any at all. The food seems to taste better cooked in the air frier. It has a better flavor than if it were frier in oil. The food comes out crispy.

The first airfryer had to be returned due to faulty digital display (thus, the 4 stars). I received the replacement the next day. Used it for the first time this morning and was impressed how quiet it was. And, it looks great in my kitchen! UPDATE: I had a chance to use the air fryer several times and each time, the food came out perfect!. I've upgraded my review to 5 stars! UPDATE JUL 20, 2025: been using everyday for a little over a month and it will not turn off when I press the off button or when the timer goes off. I have to unplug it. A little disappointing, but it still cooks great. It's too late to return/exchange.

I’ve been using the Chefman TurboFry Touch Air Fryer XL (8-Quart) for a few weeks now, and it’s made weeknight meals so much easier. The large capacity is perfect for our family—everything from French fries to chicken thighs cooks evenly and comes out with a satisfying crisp without needing a drop of oil. The presets on the digital touch screen make it easy to get started quickly, and I really like the built-in shake reminder, which keeps food from overcooking on one side. The moisture level is perfect and it doesn’t leave a smell. Cleanup is simple thanks to the nonstick, dishwasher-safe basket, and the stainless steel finish looks sleek on the counter.
