This product is very well made and stable. Set up was extremely simple. I put it together in less than 30 minutes. This product is multi-functional and offers a variety of ways to exercise. I got it mostly to strengthen my back, but the I’m also using it for sideways sit-ups, regular sit-ups, and push ups. For each of these, I’ve have no problems adjusting the product for my height (5-08) and comfort. Padding is comfortable as well. Overall, this is a great piece of equipment and a super value!

I was a bit hesitant to purchase this Roman Chair as I always look at the most negative reviews first. I am not a small guy and have lumbar problems with my back and radiculopathy in the nerves emanating from those vertebrae. Strengthening the surrounding muscles to that area is one of the key therapies to alleviate the radiating pain. This device came very nicely packaged and I was able to assemble it in about 20 minutes. It is turdy and more than holds my 245 pounds of body weight. It feels sturdy! I was somewhat surprised at how well this product is made and how it more than handles my body weight. I have been using it on a regular basis and already feel the benefit from the flexion and hyper extension exercises it provides. I would recommend this machine to anyone who wants to strengthen their core, stomach and lower back. Great value for the $!!!

Other than this being visibly bent and broken I would’ve loved it. It’s very sturdy and nice but as I was almost done assembling it, the hip pad bolts weren’t bolting in and I was disappointed to say the least… I do not want to disassemble and send it back but there’s absolutely no possible use for this without the hip pads 🤦🏻♀️🫠

Wasn’t sure the quality I’d get for this price. Just put together and am very impressed. Agree the instructions are definitely bare bones but I took my time and am handy in general so no major issue for me. It’s surprisingly sturdy. I am low 200s and 5’10” and it feels great to me. It also works well as a preacher pad which was one of the main reasons I purchased.

Excellent quality and very stable I'm delighted with this hyperextension bench. Assembly was simple and the pieces fit together perfectly. The materials are clearly durable and of good quality; once assembled, it's very stable, with no movement or noise. I use it to strengthen my lower back, glutes, and abs, and I feel the difference from the first week. Plus, it's easily adjustable to different heights, allowing the whole family to use it. It's definitely a great investment for a home gym: solid, comfortable, and reasonably priced. I recommend it 100%!

Day One Review: I bought this to atrengthen my lower back. Setup was easy. Took a little more than 30 min. One of the screw holes on the bottom was misaligned, so I needed to mess with it for a few minutes and force it in. Was not happy with that. Some factory defect im assuming. Overall feel is good. Im 6 ft and It feels safe enough to lean into the position. Its adjustable as well, so if youre shorter or taller you should be able to get the right position. Im not sure about the 330 pound weight capacity. My body weight (210) feels fine but I can't image adding an extra 120 pounds to this thing. Thia is also why i didnt bother installing the dip bar arms as I can't imagine even attempting to use them without this tipping over or snapping. Also they appear like they would get in the way during back extensions. The foldable ability is convenient and makes storing it in my limited space home gym easy. Ill update in a month or so after I've broken it in a bit more if there are any issues. Despite the factory defect the overall comfortability and stability is great for the price. But im giving 3 stars for the odd factory defect. Stuff like that is not acceptable.
