I purchased this hearing aid for my boss, who is 90yrs old and still going strong. We have tried many different hearing aids sold here on Amazon and other sites and this one seems to be the best all around. His exact words were "it does exactly what it says it will do". They are comfortable and fit snug in the ear, and doesn't feel as if it is going to fall out like others. The beige color is a big plus as far as it not being seen, compared to the white ones. Unless your skin color is ultra white it will stand out, this was an important factor to him. Making adjustments to the volume, super easy with the provided tool. The sound is excellent. For example when he uses his table saw he would have to remove the hearing aid because of the harsh sound but with this hearing aid he does not have to remove them and is able to hear anyone that speaks to him while the saw is running. No issues with the charging, which was an issue with the majority of the other hearing aids we tried. The problem that one hearing aid would not hold a charge as long as the other one so one side would turn off before the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this hearing aid. The price is right and if that is a factor in your purchase I would stronly advise to stay away from any of the products under $100. Don't even waste your time. I started at the $49 price models and spent a little more each time we tried another. Seven models later we found this one. I'm sure other models that cost more are as good as this one but why pay more?

These hearing aids produce the best sound. However, they do not last. The battery wears out and will not re-charge. The first pair I had lasted only two months. I bought a second pair hoping that the first pair was a fluke. Wrong! The second pair lasted 4 months. I have had several hearing aids and these have the best sound quality I have experienced. But, they are too expensive to buy every three to four months because of the poor battery life. I won't be purchasing these any more. Too bad because when they work, they're great.

I have bought BL hearing amplifiers before, and I don't remember this flaw from the last time. Now it's been maybe a year or two since, but the ones I normally have aren't being sold at this time. And the comparison between those and these is hearing myself. These work just fine when hearing noise from others or the world around me. I appreciate the multitude of volume control, and the easy of charging; BUT when I speak and hear myself talking I sound like I am speaking through a megaphone. It's terrible. It gives the wearer a very irking feeling and a sense of disorientation. I tried adjusting the volume to see if that was the issue, and it helped to a point but then I couldn't hear loud enough. It's a confusing result for me. Perhaps mine are faulty or this is an accurate design. But I shouldn't be hearing myself speak as if through a megaphone. It's jarring. The charging port is a bit wonky for me with the lights. When they are fully charged, my green lights are not stagnant, they continue to blink in a random pattern (this is after over 6 hours of charging). Which is then again, a confusing notion. The old BL charger I had worked as designed, where the lights stayed green to let the person know it was ready (that was after only a few hours of charging). Overall, this is a so-so product this time around. I can hear noise from around me, but the cons I stated above just can't happen. I've had better products for near the same price points.

I bought these for my 90 year old mother who has hearing loss. She says they do help her hearing, however the volume controls and the on and off buttons are so small it's hard for an older person to see and adjust. I have to help her with them

I am so thankful that I'm crying with true thankfulness for these hearing aids. I bought these for my husband, as he has the huh syndrome. Always says HUH? after EVERYTHING I say. He is very ignorant and says he doesn't have a hearing problem. Every time I have asked him if he heard something...he did not. After getting the right volume set for his ears, the first thing he heard was the neighbor's dog barking. He didn't realize they even had a dog. I didn't realize he couldn't even hear the birds. He heard them for the first time today. I cried.and he cried. He didn't realize how much he was truly missing out on. Every noise he hears now he is jerking and asking "What's that?" From cars going down our alley, ripping out a check, our cat's purr, you name it. I can talk in a soft voice beside him now and he CAN hear me. They fit comfortably inside his ears and he even said that he forgot they were even in his ears. Thank you for making a quality product for an affordable price.

Worked OK while they worked. Fell out sometimes. Little hard to get in right and would "scream" for about 1-2 sec while ur puting them in. Right one stopped after 2 weeks. Charging was nice instead of battery replacement but took a bit to make sure on charger right but u learn. I would have been still using them today but they died and I bought behind the ear ones as replacement. 2 of them for $79 and they are easier to put in and are working for me now.
