Thought we were getting two but I had only selected to purchase one. It does not diminish background noise very well but helped my mom and I have a very nice conversation where she asked me why I was yelling at her. She could hear so well with this and I was used to yelling at her in order for her to hear me she felt like I was screaming at her.

Very very comfortable! Once you get this baby on the ear, it's not moving and I've done a lot of normal everyday stuff including mess with the volume, toggle it on and off. Once it's snug, it's snug! Which is great because I heard everything, even things I haven't heard before so I spent a lot of time adjusting the volume. THANK YOU
