We got this for a hearing impaired family member who isn't convinced their hearing loss could be improved by hearing aids and refuses to go to a medical professional. We're hoping these will demonstrate a moderate quality of life improvement and convince them that technology can work.
They require no setup, and the instructions are simple and easy to follow. The volume controls are straightforward and the levels are easy to understand with the corresponding beeps. The readout showing how much charge the case has left is very helpful, much clearer than simple lights. The batteries in the hearing aids lasted over 7 hours on a charge from dead, and took only 25-30 minutes to charge to full, taking the case from 100% to 76%.
The amplification is very directional, and it's nice that they're not just indiscriminately making everything single thing around you louder. They will constantly amplify everything your ear is facing, including the ambient noise in a room, leading them to sound, to a normal hearing person, like they are generating white noise, but these are sounds that my family member with hearing loss would normally miss, so that is probably a bonus.
I am hopeful these will make my family member more comfortable with participating in conversations in a group.

These very easy to use hearing amplifiers / aids come with a charging / carrying case with a tether, a brush, extra ear domes in various sizes, and a USB C charging cord. They fit nicely for me and were not very noticeable to those around me. The noise cancellation is a mild (not displeasing) static sound that worked pretty well. The button on the amplifiers / aids is to adjust volume: it was easy to use to select 1 of 4 volume levels with a corresponding tone to confirm your choice (1 beep for level 1, 2 beeps for level 2, etc.). Sound was good and clear listening to others, although hearing my own voice amplified (and other sounds like my footsteps, etc.) was a bit much but not a game stopper. The only other nit worth mentioning is when putting them away, the case showing the battery charge remaining stayed on for about 2 minutes, which made me unsure if they were on or off. Overall, a good choice for budget hearing assistance.

My friend's father is elderly and somewhat hearing-impaired, and he was delighted to receive it. It's easy to use, relatively comfortable, and lasts a long time on a charge. I'm just not sure how long it will continue to work effectively, so I'm giving it 4 stars.

I have been trying to find a pair of hearing aids for my dad who I am taking care of and these work the best so far. They have helped his hearing tremendously and I am so grateful for that. They are lightweight and fit his ears perfect. It doesn’t take them long to charge and the battery light will show when the battery is low. So far, I have no negative words to say about these as he can now have conversations with us and the background noise is really cancelled out so he can only focus on us talking. These are definitely a life changer for him and me.

The media could not be loaded. My mom has some difficulty hearing, so we decided to try these and we are pleased. She is able to actually hear with them. She has some issues with getting them into the case as you can tell if you watch the video. Overall, she is very pleased with these. She has been wearing them consistently for over a week. The battery life is great and the case is quick charging. Her hearing has improved since starting to wear these. We did change the cover that goes in the ear canal. It comes with a few different sizes. This product is perfect for anyone who is having trouble hearing. It's reasonably priced and a great valued product.

Got it for my mother who’s hard of hearing at it seems to be doing the job. Only time will tell if the battery power is decent tho. Other then that, no worries! She loves them :)
