My husband lost his prescription hearing aids with no warranty left...cost over $2K to replace. These Neosonic MX hearing aids had a 30 day return policy and good reviews soooo, what the heck, lets try. I am so glad we did!! My husband hated wearing his prescription aids but finds the MX so comfortable he wears almost all the time. They fit well, don't pick up background noise or randomly make that awful "screeching" sound. We are both pleased...me because we don't fight over what he THOUGHT I said...and him because they blend in with his skin well, comfortable, work great, and checks all his boxes...finally.... I recently bought my 89 year old father a pair of these hearing aids when his stopped working. They are 1/3 the cost of the pair I bought for myself at Costco for 3 times the price. My ENT had sold me an identical pair - same brand -- for $7,000, which I returned and bought the Costco pair for $1,300. My dad loves these abd they onlycost a bit over $400!! Wish I had survived these Neosonic hearing aids before I spent my money on the Costco Phonak ones. These are just as good and SO much cheaper. Highly recommended by my father and by me. You can't go wrong for the money. Just shows how doctors are ripping seniors off and why you need to buy this brand instead. ... show more

I have worn hearing aids for almost 20 years. I have had expensive ones and not so expensive ones. I have found the Neosonic MX to be perfect for me. The dual pick-up mics are a great improvement, nice to be hearing who is talking TO me better that who is talking BEHIND me. The 4 mode options cover the spectrum of listening environments; I especially like the TV mode. The manual volume control lets me decide, rather than my last "smart" hearing aids that decided, how loud something should be regardless of MY being able to hear it. I am 79 years old and I have been wearing my new hearing aids for about 2 months and I am doing great. It took me about 2 day to to get the fit and volune to where I am comfortable. I charge them over night and they last all day with no problems.. No more batteries to change.
