The grey color hearing aids looks sleek and stylish. It is discreet when you look from the front. The smallest ear domes fit me the best. It took me some time to figure out how to set everything properly. I was confused in the beginning because I didn't hear any beeps when I tried to adjust the volume and the mode. After many tries, I realized I need to put them in my ears to change the settings. The on/off buttons are easier to use than the volume buttons, especially when I have to set up without looking at them. The low volume which is called level one is pretty loud, so I can’t imagine using the higher settings. To be fair, I only have very minor hearing issues. The hearing aids amplify not only what I want to hear, it make everything much louder. Sitting in my kitchen, I can hear birds chirping, my husband‘s footsteps from a different room, etc. I can hear my own voice but much louder. It is unbearable when my kids slam doors. There is a whistling sound but not too loud. I get used to it pretty quickly. It comes with a rechargeable case and can be charged easily using the included USB cable. There are 3 modes to choose from, but I can not tell the difference between them. I hope that I can learn more about the features as I wear them longer. The battery lasts days with the case if I only wear them a few hours each day. In conclusion, the hearing aids work, just not perfectly. They are good value for the price range.

I am a fan of these hearing aids. I like how quick and easy they were to start using. They have easy to use volume buttons that make it is to adjust . They fit in my ears well and are comfortable to wear. I like the quality of sound and audio they produce. I also like how well they are made. They charge quickly and can run for a decent amount of time before they need to be recharged. They are easy to put in and take out too. These arrived looking sleek and modern. The earbuds slip in without discomfort and stay put during walks and around the house. The sound really comes through, especially in conversations.
