The volume adjustment is horrible. Apparently you can turn them up but not back down. They screeched in my ear multiple times and it was painful. The instructions for volume say 1st level beep...second level beep....third level beep...further level di. What does that even mean. I think I may have done more damage to my ears by trying these out.

They are ergonomic, fitting snugly in my ear canal without any discomfort or fear of them falling out, even when I’m active. The part that goes in ear feels soft and didn't make my ear pain after wear it for a while. They are the flesh tone color that blends in okay, so I don’t feel like they’re screaming “look at me” when I wear them. The case looks like a regular bluetooth earbuds case, and when charging they snaps in quick and powers up fast. There is a little display on the case showing how much juice each side’s got. The UV sterilization bit in the middle for the ear tips is handy. I clean them myself anyway, but there’s some extra germ zapping going on makes me feel better. Sometimes I wish the noise-canceling was a little stronger, especially when things get loud around the house. But it is easy to use and does help me hear more clear when chat with my family and friends.

I tried these hearing aids in several environments but was not satisfied and decided to return them. In my opinion, they offered little to no noise cancellation and amplified the higher frequencies more than I needed. For example, I could hear my feet drag on my tile floor but they didn’t help much with voices. The most annoying thing was pressing the button to change volume and having the aids squeal.
