I am 81 years old and have pretty bad hearing. I ordered these hearing aids because my old ones quit working. These work very well and charge very fast and the charge will last at least 20 hours. Like I said my hearing is pretty bad I have us these turned all the way on and they still last as least 20 hours. I have no problem with squealing noise. They are large and you can see them, but at 81 I don't care as long as I can hear. For now these work great but if my hearing gets worse I will need more powerful ones. ... show more

One of these on the right side keeps falling out. It does not fit good in my husband's ear like the one on the left side. Other than that, they work pretty good as far as the hearing goes.

These hearing aids are great. They adjusted to my hearing need very easily. All sounds are clear and when my wife speaks to me it is like hearing with a ear with normal hearing. Clear and I can hear her in a normal voice with out her hollering at me. These work as well as a high dollar set I purchased a number of years back that did not last long at all. Very pleased with these and long lasting charge they have. Cost for value is great. After wearing for a couple of days I don’t realize I have them in my ears. Would recommend them to anyone with hearing loss and I am sure you will be pleased. I am a 78 year old and have good hearing again!!! ... show more

It has improved my hearing greatly. The tv is low volume now. Conversing with wife more, instead of What or I didn't hear you. Great noise reduction feature. I have small ear canals and the smallest ear dome that comes with it is not small enough. Wish they would include other smaller sizes. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.
