I purchased these for my 87 yr old mother-in-law who lives with us. Her hearing loss has really gotten bad and along with that she has Tinnitus in her one ear. Her TV volume was always almost 3/4 max, and I would put on the closed captioning if I needed her to turn it down for me while I was on a Zoom call for work. I found myself constantly hollering when speaking to her, and when sitting next to her on a couch, if she wasn't facing me, she couldn't hear me. On day one, all that has changed. She puts them in, adjusts the volume, with no problem. Very easy for her to manage. it is Rechargeable and Noise Cancelling, no loud whistle sound when putting in and taking out. Perfect for Seniors Hearing Loss. She even says that it helped with the Tinnitus (which I have read as well). I can speak to her at a normal level from another room, she watches TV at about 1/4 volume or less. It is a brand new world for her, wish we would have done it sooner.
