Very good quality. I like that the aids use sound tubes instead of wires to a tiny speaker. Had another brand and the wire broke off after several months of use. With these the tubes are easily replaceable. Sound is a little tinny and takes some getting use to but should not be a problem. These are hearing amplifiers rather than aids but for the price they work well nevertheless.

This is my second attempt at otc hearing aids. First time around I went with cheaper ones and they worked but I got what I paid for. A lot of loud feedback whistling, no real noise reduction. Often got deafened by loud unexpected noises. These are affordable easy to operate, good hearing quality. They work perfectly for my type of hearing loss. These I wear all day with no hearing or ear fatigue. Highly recommend.

I ordered these hearing aids due to Consumer Reports ratings on Vivtone, and the ads. They were priced low and I got them quickly from Amazon. When I tried them, however, I found them way to loud. They have only 5 volume settings, and when I dropped them to the lowest volume in each ear, they were still too loud, even after setting the 3 feedback levels to the middle level (restaurant feedback). I heard my wife OK, but the volume was just too much. The microphones still picked up too much sound. So, reluctantly, I am returning them and will try another brand.

They help ,I have had hearing aids for 25 years my hearing is gone. next step will be implants like most complaints they seem to bring up very high pitch sounds. that said I would pay more for ones you cand tune in better with an app but they work

The aids were delivered on time, very well packaged. The package had everything I needed -- two hearing aids, charging case, a number of useful accessories, etc. Everything worked just as I'd expected it to do. It took a little time to get used to the controls, since each hearing aid has just two buttons to push. The user's manual explained those pretty well, and I got fairly used to using them in the first session of experimenting with them. Sound quality was good, I really like the long battery life of the individual earpieces, plus how the carrying case will recharge them for up to 120 hours of use, with multiple charges. I wear eyeglasses, and had no problem using these with those -- just put the eyeglasses on first. I think these are a great value for the price.
