Excellent Hearing Aid
Color: Lucid508-silver
Excellent hearing aid. This is my second Lucid 508-S. They are easy to use. Really like the auto on/off feature. Sound is excellent, easy to maintain, and to change settings if needed. I highly recommend them. And note they come with a 3-yr warranty.

These work really well for my 94 yo mother. She is able to use these easily and the sound is perfect. Very happy with them!

Great for elderly challenged people
Color: Lucid508-silver
It was really hard to find hearing aid for my 95 year old mother who can not manipulate buttons or use a phone. These work great because I can set them up with her and then the staff at her facility puts them in the charge then they stay at the setting instead of reverting back to neutral.

Great Value
Color: Lucid508-silver
I like many features about these hearing aids compared to my $6,000 ones. They are reliable and maintenance free. The storage charger will keep them charged for a week. However, the expensive ones are a little better because an audiologist can adjust individual frequencies to your hearing loss. I would recommend these if only magnification is required. Great value for dollar. ... show more

To always buy from Amazon because they always treat me right!
Color: Lucid508-silver
Horrible and they quit charging after I had had them for 30 days. But thank God that Amazon is so good and came to the rescue and helped me out! They gave me a one time only refund because I could not get anywhere with the company.

Sound Quality not what was expected

I had trouble with sound reproduction quality and lots of clipping at slightly elevated volume levels
