Super easy to use it really does amplify the sounds around and makes communication with my loved ones that much easier. There are a number of different sized plugs to fit my ears that way you don't allow the excess wind to make the whistling sound. It does take some adjustment to get it perfect but in the end it is very comfortable and I do get to hear clearly now
