Revised: Rayovac responded promptly. Asked for pics of packages with expiration dates and other relevant info. Received a full refund check for entire purchase. Great USA Company! I ordered another 80 pack and just got 6 full days from the 1st pair of batteries. All good! Just got a bad batch and Rayovac made it right! Have purchased multiple times in recent years. Quality has always been great. Rarely got a dud but the box purchased in April ‘23 is proving to be a different story. At first a couple were “short lived” and now steadily experiencing more bad ones. Just had 6 in a row that were dead or only lasted 30 seconds to a couple hours. Contacted Ray-O-Vac customer support via email so we’ll see what happens. Used Duracell for decades but switched to Ray-O-Vac a couple years ago as they are made in USA. ... show more

My insurance provided batteries for my hearing aids--until it didn't. I continued with that brand and then the last time I needed to order some I researched "best batteries" and came up with Rayovac. To compare them I used one type in each ear for a whole card of Rayovac batteries, and recorded the duration. I've generally purchased this brand through my audiologist for $40 for 80 and they generally last 5-7 days depending on if I use them to listen to my iPhone through on phone calls. The only issue is she is on the other side of town and I don't always get over that way. These are almost 2/3rd the price and so far, last just as long if not slightly longer. By far these are the best HA batteries I’ve tried. Ray-O-Vac totally nailed it on engineering these. They are *that* good. To get the most power out of them, remember to let them “breathe” for a couple minutes after removing the activation seals before installing them.

This has been the best performing hearing aid battery I have used when compared to only a few others. I wear the high end Phillips hearing aids. The only complaint is that they do not give you advance warning that the battery is about to stop working.
