    • It's nice for a starter hutch
I bought this hutch about a month ago for my first bunny. It is a nice hutch, was easy to put together, and is easy to keep clean. I use pee pads in the tray so you just have to pick them up and throw away. I use a homemade vinegar/dawn/lemon juice and water solution to clean the hutch. The bunny seems to like his home too. I am looking to get a larger hutch though, because I think my bun needs a bit more room, so we will use this smaller one at our other house where we spend the weekends. The bunny did chew the plastic urine guards, so I may have to replace them. I like that the walls in the enclosed area are covered with wire netting. The only wood that is really exposed is the paneI between the sleeping area and the living area. So far the bunny has not chewed the panel. I keep the hutch in my office, and let him free roam a couple times during the day. We have hawks in this area so I don't want to keep him outside. I like that the roof opens so its very easy to clean the hutch, and feed my bunny. I also like the wire grid on the bottom to keep the bunny clean. This was a good purchase. ... show more

Roof had gravel glued to it which kept shedding off and eventually a whole part of it just came off. Update: The seller contacted me and offered me a full refund based on my experience. I must appreciate their customer service and valuing me as a customer!

They cage was so easy for my rabbit to chew on and the door broke not to long ago after being stuck to were you have to move it a certain way just to get it open.

Missing a piece to complete roof--but still a nice inexpensive indoor space for our bunny who has free range. I was able to assemble in about 1.5 hours and needed help for only 5 mins to hold walls together. Roof assembly was DIFFICULT, and I don't need the roof to function as a fold up. I clean tray every 5-7 days and I roll the house outside 1X a month to hose/wash off bottom screen and corners (without tray in place). DEFINITELY install corner protectors that come with house. Pictures show how roof isn't completed. Do not recommend for extended outdoor use, will breakdown quickly in the elements. ... show more

    • A Nice Little Rabbit Hutch
The media could not be loaded. I bought this rabbit hutch for our small loopy eared rabbit. I wanted a pretty looking rabbit hutch for in our family room when our rabbit was inside and this works perfect. There were 2 small pcs missing for the peak of the house and it does have a pretty strong smell to it for a few hours was the only negative things about this purchase. I would not buy this for a real large rabbit or for more than 1 rabbit for it would not be big enough. It took my husband about 40 minutes to build. We have a area on our back porch built as a run for our little rabbit so she gets plenty of exercise since our inside hutch is smaller. I ordered for my indoor rabbit pet but when I opened the box looks damaged and some liquid dry stains on and smelled horrible ,I closed the box without looking how’s more inside part because of horrible smelled I quickly closed box.

Rabbits are somewhat destructive so that is why we needed a new hutch and this one seems like it will last longer than the other one we had. Very easy to access the rabbit, nice to have it on wheels but the casters could be better, easy to clean but you do have to be gentle and patient with the tray, and fairly easy to assemble (12 and 9 year old put together).
