Who ever said it’s not water proof is wrong. It’s water proof. Make sure you install it with out springs to get the max tension out of it or it will accumulate water in the picture. I used springs and they gave with heavy rain and in turn accumulated water in the center. Good product for the money.

The product size measurement are deceiving. It is not a full 12x16 canopy. They must measure from the hooks across to come up with a measurement of 12x16. I was looking for the full lengths.
