I bought this for my grandfather and he loves it! He has a lot of problems with his hearing and some ringing bothers him. He went to the doctor but hearing aids are expensive and we can't get them for him right now. So I tried this and he cried at how much he could hear and how the ringing stopped, set it to the low setting and he could hear everything! ... show more

Haven't tried them yet but my rating is due to the box has been opened and it only came with the case, earbuds and charging cable - no brush, screwdriver or extra ear adaptors edit: even with the missing parts I find these hearing aides quit useful and help when watching television!

I just order these. Based upon the ratings - one negative b/c granny wouldn't use them. I hope this works for me. when i was in HS and college - i photographed various cover bands and stood in front of the giant amps or right up front. when your 17 18 , you don't think about losing your hearing when your 70. I remember having ringing in the ears for hours afterwards. i hope these work ... show more
